Here you are! I couldn't find the thread It's Monday and I've already finished a 5km power walk and a spin class!! I've feeling great this week so far. Two days of clean eating with no treats. Ha! I will allow myself something good on NYE but then back to reality. I'd like to do 3 more spin classes and a yoga class or two. On Youtube, Yoga with Adriene starts her January- 30 day challenge if anyone is interested. Hope everyone is getting their groove on this week 💃🏻💪🏻

Well, Monday didn't go well at all. It rained all day. I only got 1 mile in--and most of that was in the house--

tentoes- It rained most of the day here, too so I know how you feel. Just glad we both got moving anyway! MONDAY- Walked inside and a little aerobics. Will do my yoga before bed.

My goal for the rest of the year and into January is to "close my rings" every day. tentoes and kellyr21 - it's hard to get in the steps when it rains or the weather is inclement. Inside works, but not the same. But you did it! Monday - 15,000 steps, plus a round of golf. Tuesday (today) - boot camp class (I'm exhausted!) and hopefully 10,000 steps. We'll see about that, it's kind of a busy day around here today. Wednesday - 15,000 steps Thursday - Morning beach yoga class, plus 15,000 steps. Hopefully a bike ride later in the day. It's NYE, so who knows what may come up. We have no plans, but I would like a beach picnic Friday - NYD. Whatever happens this day is good. Can't commit right now. Saturday - Boot camp Sunday - 15,000 steps Holiday week are so weird. I try to plan our meals each week, plus here I plan my exercise for the week. But, holidays in the middle are complicated. Sunday: 5km Monday: spin class Tuesday: 5Km Wednesday: spin class
Happy with my progress. I decided to do a 5 km today because it was so sunny and beautiful outside (although it was -4C).

TUESDAY:I gotta just walk for a few weeks. My arm is still injured and the dr.today said no arm exercises. I reinjured it this morning and the pain was so intense. But glad to know it is just a muscle thing and not broken. I hope to walk and cheer for you gals this week!

Today is just a walk day for me, but maybe I can do part of it on the beach to add some resistance. Jealous of all my friends back home with snow on the ground! I could be snowshoeing!

Yesterday I did get in a bit more than on Monday, but still less than 2 miles, but if I count the miles I put on my car, 135--I'm ahead of the game! haha! That would probably be cheating right?

kibblesandbits- Back in the Summer maybe August I was working out with my hand weights and pulled something on my upper left arm. It was just sore and seemed to be getting better. Then a few weeks ago, I hurt it again. So I am on total arm rest. So walking it is for now. : : @shalag- WELCOME!!!! : : HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!: :

Happy New Year to everybody! I walked about 3 miles today--maybe a little more. When I get back home, I plan to use resistance bands to improve my shoulder movement a bit. I also have resistance bands for my feet that I haven't used in awhile. I'll add them next week.

Well, I had a great start to the week and have done nothing the last few days. It was beyond my control. I did complete 2 5kms and 2 spin classes. I'll finish up the week with another spin class.

I didn't realized just how out of cardio-shape I was until yesterday when I tried a step workout. I completed about 60% of the workout as presented and then marched in place for the rest. Today I made it about 75% of the way through. I'm starting the Yoga with Adriane today, too.
My goal for the year is some form of exercise 365 days in a row.

I didn't realized just how out of cardio-shape I was until yesterday when I tried a step workout. I completed about 60% of the workout as presented and then marched in place for the rest. Today I made it about 75% of the way through. I'm starting the Yoga with Adriane today, too.
My goal for the year is some form of exercise 365 days in a row.
Great goal!! I'm starting with Adriene too. It's my fourth or fifth time doing so. I really should take better notes.

Great goal!! I'm starting with Adriene too. It's my fourth or fifth time doing so. I really should take better notes. Is that the 30 day challenge? I started that too. I had a yoga class today anyway, so that was my mat time.

I am looking forward to next week. Since Tuesday, I have hardly done any exercise. Just resting my arm and it is feeling better but still sore. Great to see all of you all still going strong. I will put up the new thread tomorrow!!!

I finished last week with 3 group exercises, a New Years Day virtual 5K, and a 3 1/2 mile walk. So, bring it 2021!
