I just discovered Cocoa Vanilla this year. I wish I could go back and buy their older collections. I've also been having fun with watercolor and making my own backgrounds (which is funny because I have a ton of cardstock and patterned paper. Oh well!

Fun thread! I fell in love (and purchased) a bunch of the fall collections this year. Some of my favorites were AC's Story Teller, Simple Story Cozy Days, and the digital collection Fall Vibes by Mandy Ford (ETSY). I'm trying really hard not to hoard them as I catch up on the last few months. My favorite tools were the WRMK paper punch where you can change the size of the holes and the WRMK punch hole reinforces so I can make my own tags. The other game-changer for me after having to move my work office into my studio was getting two large monitors. I got them for WFH, but they've been awesome for scrapbooking.

My favourite die set of the year was Honey Bee's Fall Bouquet - it actually came out in 2019 but wasn't on my radar until this August. It is so gorgeous and I just keep making cards with it.
Runner up for dies: Tim Holtz's Colorized line with Sizzix. They are incredible.
My favourite stamp set was Lawn Fawn's Let's Go Nuts. The squirrels are just too cute and its really fun to arrange them all.
M favourite tool is the Tim Holtz retractable craft pick - I use it for everything.

I think The Greetery hit it out of the park with most of their releases this year. The Pinwheel Party bundle and the Shiplap builder die set are in my 2020 favorite crafty things.
Ink blending with the toothbrush style make up brushes was my go to this year.
I’m also a huge fan of the Pink Fresh Studio Lea Ornate lowercase stamps and dies.

Product Paper collection Embellishment Manufacturer/brand Tool Stamp/set Ink brand/color Adhesive Technique Inspiration Purchase Storage solution My favorite product and I guess technique and maybe a few other categories is finding rolls and sheets of foam adhesive and using it to pop all kinds of things. I really love that 3D look on my pages. My favorite product was Prima Sugar Cookie. I love Prima and the soft pink and cute images just scream DGD Christmas to me. I'm also in lovee with Doodlepops by Doodlebug As always my favorite adhesive is my herma dotto, and I got a nice stash of it for Christmas. Inspiration is right here with justjac, AussieMeg, dig-it-al and so many others who post their work. I just named a few off hand that popped into my mind. Storage I think is my fabric bins I invested in this year to help with organization Product - is and always will be my elusive 8.5x11 3ring albums by WRMK or whoever makes them (AC, HL, etc). KikiPea sent me one this year and I am forever thankful. I'm not a stamp, die, ink person so nothing there. I adore die cuts but I order them from other people. Purchase - $1 clearance stickers at Michaels - I spent probably $400 on them. Second place is my paper from Scrapyourtrip.com and from Scrapbookcustoms. Love their theme papers. They make me very happy.

I can't find the year on some of these collections but I think these are all from 2020. I scrapped with all of these in 2020, at least.
Collections:
Vicki Boutin - Storyteller. I actually love most of Boutin's collections but I ended up buying two pieces each of that one. Gorgeous. I love every page I make with Vicki Boutine.
Vicki Boutin - Let's Wander. Is this one from 2020? I made a ton of pages with it this year. One of the best vacation themed collections I've found. The colors are so pretty.
Simple Stories Vintage - Great Escape. Again, I love almost all of the Simple Stories Vintage line (except the heritage line) but I absolutely love the Great Escape collection. I went back and ordered more of it after I used it on a few pages because it is just amazingly gorgeous. The mushroom paper is to die for.
I also loved Simple Stories Vintage- Coastal. I made a ton of pages with that- so pretty.
Simple Stories - Bro & Co. This is one of the most useful lines I've ever used for my nephews' pages. It had papers and embellishments that are perfect for teenage boys, and there aren't a lot of collections out there that are teen boy themed.
Carta Bella - By the Sea. We go to Rehoboth Beach almost every year and it is nice to find an ocean collection that isn't tropical. The colors are so pretty and I love the whales.
Carta Bella - Zoo Adventure. I haven't used this one yet but I'm really excited to use it. I love the variety of designs and I love Stephen Duncan's aesthetic.
Carta Bella - Family Night. Another Stephen Duncan one that hits it out of the park. This is really useful for scrapping my nephews' photos. I've made several pages with this one.
Shimelle - Never Grow Up. I hate that American Crafts dropped Shimelle. It doesn't make any sense to me. Her papers are so cute and so useable if you scrap kids. Was Field Trip from 2020, too? That one was amazing.
Reminisce - Rock Star. I scrapbook a guitar player so I'm always looking for lines like this.
Cocoa Vanilla - Legendary. I love this line. This is another line where I scrapped a bunch of pages with it and then went back and bought some more. So perfect for scrapping boys.
Heidi Swapp - Art Walk. I usually don't like Heidi Swapp's aesthetic but this line was gorgeous and the papers were so useful.
I bought a lot from Not Just For Boys kit club this year. I thought they started so strong but I'm disappointed they stopped releasing as many kits as they did in the beginning.
Aussiemeg, I don't do digital scrapbooking but I'd like to try it in 2021. That list will be so useful for me- I really like your pages.

I've had a year of buying lots of new stuff but also digging back into my stash for some old favourites like BasicGrey and Cosmo Cricket, both of which got plenty of love this year. I've been using my stamps a lot more, and made an impulse purchase of a travel themed IACB stamp set from SC earlier this year which has proven to be a much better investment than I expected. My new favourite ink is Speckled Egg distress oxide, it's just the perfect shade and I'm so glad I bought it, I honestly feel like I could get rid of several similarly coloured inks from my stash and I probably wouldn't know they were gone.
I also moved my thickers/larger alphas into a couple of bins this year, which has meant I can flip through them much more easily. It's helping me use sets that I might have passed over in the past because they were difficult to see and put away.

I pretty much stuck to cocoa daisy all year. I do love JustJaimee and bought most of her digital Kits at the lily pad. I also recently discovered studio tekturek. The only place I’ve been able to find their stuff is at paper issues. paperissuesstore.myshopify.com/collections/studio-tekturek

I loved Bloom Street collection by Paige Evans and used a lot of it in the spring during lockdown. It made it more colorful. I also started subbing to Cocoa Daisy this year and bought a lot of their past items from Facebook groups. I used their 2019 gnome collection for my December daily this year and loved it.
Also, I got Cricut Maker last Christmas and 2020 was the year I used it a lot. I love cutting with it from homemade masks in the spring to 12 Days of December free cut files that I learned about from this board.

I found a new company called Mintay (from Poland) that has gorgeous papers. I also found the Martha Stewart circle cutter (that most people seem to hate) and LOVE it. I can cut 11.75 inch circles in about 4 seconds.

I had to buy a bunch of it. Check out this free Christmas Tree Cut File that Paige Evans created and used Bloom Street paper in. If you need any more Bloom Street paper, Cheap Scrapbook Stuff has a lot of it and for a good price. I am working on making the Christmas tree to fit on an 8x8 page but have decided to go with bright Doodlebug papers. (I am in no way connected to the people and companies mentioned.)
