dawnnikol (also Red, Skelly and all those who have helped) I so appreciate your time and gifts!!! Most things are still in my storage as I can't seem to commit to how to set anything up!! I'll get there. Anyways, I saw a couple of times a little VW Bus (either pinkish or red.. almost inbetween).. is that something you can get? I haven't spotted that anywhere. Also someone had fireworks.. how does one get those!! Those were awesome... haven't seen anything on how to get them either. Maybe that is a 4th of July thing? I had this problem too. Still do to a certain extent....I collected everything because who knows what I could use! lol. Then for while I set up little areas such as a gym area (all that exercise equipment), and a diner (ALL that cute diner stuff, in all those colors)... But in the end I didn't like them. My island is named "Peaceful" so I took down the gym and diner (neither of which is "peaceful") and started making little areas such as a zen garden, reading nooks, a cemetery (for Halloween) and chapel, coffee stands, etc. I like that a lot better. Then I made a second profile so I could have that storage, and I transferred all that stuff -- the diner, gym, seasonal -- to that profile. I'm thinking of making rooms for those things in the second house. Anyway, that's how I would recommend starting.... just think of one thing and build that. Run around your island for awhile with that area set up and you'll know if you like it or not.  Also, for me I know I'm always going to be changing up things. I'll keep the rock garden. I think.  And for the moment I love my plant greenhouse and my zen-type garden. And my villagers' area. But who knows.... lol |

Also, Leif is at my place selling hyacinths and tulips if anyone needs those. Also pink and red camellia and azaleas.
Nooks is selling a red and black system kitchen for 130,000 bells.
Notable stuff at the sisters includes tiger print tee dresses, bike helmets, fringe skirts, boa shorts, and checkered mufflers.

Sigh. That darned Celeste hasn't coughed up the recipe yet for the rocket, which I need to build the robot hero. If I bring some star fragments and iron nuggets to someone could you make me a rocket? I’m open for awhile. I have Saharah today. Small rug is simple small brown mat, medium is lacy rug, large is green shaggy. Mysterious wallpaper is construction site and flooring is daisy meadow. Anita it sounds like the kitchen I had for you to catalog is at your Nook’s now but let me know if you still want mine. Caroline is packing up to move if you want her. I think she’s cute and I like her but I need a snooty villager. Lots of freebies on the beach. Melba is crafting the tiny library at the moment. Turnips are 146. Buy anything you want at Nooks and of course Ables. ETA that turnips have dropped to 60 this afternoon. ETA again to say I didn’t realize the mysterious wallpaper and flooring is different for everyone. DH a got better wallpaper than I did. I wonder if he’ll still give it to me since I accidentally chopped down his money trees. |

I don't feel like it fits my Island! LOL But that pink one is cool. Well my island is named "Peaceful" and I'm quite sure that a huge robot like that isn't always peaceful. lol. But now that I've made him I love him. I'm going to position him up on the edge of the cliff on the top level so he can guard the whole island. Or else I'll put him at the entrance so he can check all visitors as they arrive. |

So, I have a couple of questions.
My first resident is leaving. Mott... he is kinda annoying, so I don't care too much. But is there anything I need to do that is "Island appropriate"? How do I get his picture? I gifted him a ton, always stopped to talk to him. So we should be BFFs by now.
I'm also stuck at a 2 star rating. Isabelle says I need to pick up the crap around the island. So I picked up my beach freebies 2 nights ago, I make sure I'm weeded and tree branches are picked up. What other things can she be talking about?
Also she suggests I plant trees, flowers, etc. I have an orchard with all of the fruit trees, I have palm trees on the beach, cedar trees around. I have a crap ton of flowers planted around the island, hell I have only hyacinths in one area, think 25-30 of them.
Suggestions?

If I can get myself off the TV watching the news, I'll come visit Sahara.
If you want to collect rusted parts faster, find the five communicator parts for Gulliver and don't give them back to him. If you have a second player on your island, have one person find the pieces and give them back. The second player can find them and keep them. You'll have 6 rusted parts the next day.
