Do you know where your high school diploma is? I need mine for work. I graduated in 1978 and this is for the one and only job I have had.

I think it's in a box in the garage. I don't have much from my "childhood" but I think I still have it.

I do know my dipolma was destroyed in 1999 when the tornado passed through.

I graduated in 1979. I don't even know if I could get a transcript now, much less find my high school diploma. I could probably track down my college diploma though.

No idea where my high school diploma is but my dh thought it awful that my BA was in a box so he framed it and hung it in our office.

I was also surprised this summer, when I had to provide my diploma. I also graduated in 1978. I had the job, but had to provide my diploma as a formality. Luckily I am a packrat. Not a very bad one, I knew which numbered box it was in!  |

61 and graduated in 1971. I haven't a clue where it is and haven't seen it since I graduated. Wouldn't your high school have a record of it?

I do have mine.
You can call your old HS. They can provide you with proof of graduation.

I graduated in 1975 and I know where mine is - in our safe. I have never been asked for it that I recall.

I graduated in 1980 as well and mine is in a fireproof safe in the basement. I have never, ever needed it for any reason, not once. All the same, I'm glad I have it.

I just had to go digging for mine tonight-also for a prospective job. Luckily, I found it in the file cabinet. This is the first time I've ever been asked for my HS diploma  College transcripts, yes, but I have no idea why they want the HS diploma. If I couldn't find it, I was just going to take my college transcripts and show them those, since HS graduation was required to go to college. |

Wow. I've never really imagined that I would be asked for my HS diploma. I think that it's probably in the attic somewhere. At least I think so. I am pretty sure I could get a transcript if I needed one. My mother would not be so lucky. Her high school, a small Catholic school, hasn't existed for many years now.

It's less than ten feet away on the shelf next to my college diploma. Neither of them are displayed though. They're both in their holders sitting behind a picture of dh and me. I just feel funny displaying them since dh left all his diplomas on the wall of his parents' house.

I graduated in 94 and I think it is downstairs in my scrapbooking area or my mother may have it. It would take me a while to find it if I had to.
I know exactly wherd my grad diploma is and I think I could find my undergrad

Like others, I'm surprised someone is even asking for it. I don't think I've ever had that happen.
I'm pretty sure mine is in the fire safe. I graduated in '81.
