My goals are to walk twice a day and do more SLOW movement on my injured arm. Boy, do I miss full movement of my arm but it is getting better.

Hi!
New to the thread, and appreciate the space for accountability.
Had a "perfect" week last week and exercised with intention all 7 days. I have the Peloton app and also work with a trainer virtually 2 days/week. I'm really good about those 2 days, but definitely had been doing VERY LITTLE the other 5. I joined a charity challenge at work, so definitely needed to not embarrass myself by not doing anything. Ha!
My goal for the week is to exercise at least 6 of 7 days. With some evening meetings, it will be challenging, but I need to claim some time for myself.
Yesterday I did 20 minutes of spin and 20 minutes of yoga flow. Today I did 30 minutes of HIIT spin, 20 minutes of treadmill bootcamp (tread/weights mix), and 10 min of restorative yoga/stretching.
Tomorrow it will be really challenging to fit in a workout, teaching virtually all day, plus evening meetings from after school until 8PM. My plan is to get a 30 min spin class in during my lunch. I owe myself 30 min! At least because I'm meeting from home, I can turn my camera off and eat my lunch.

We received over 4 inches of snow here in northeast Louisiana today! But I was able to get well over 15000 steps by walking on the treadmill and in the house and did not have to go outside.

My friend in Texas was showing snow pictures on Instagram. No snow here in my section of Canada LOL. It hasn't even been that cold.

I walked today, but only 2.5 miles. My dog liked it was shorter today. He's such a goofy dog.

I got my 30 min cycle in yesterday on my lunch break! 🎉
Today I have my usual 1hr strength session virtually. 😊

I did well on Monday and Tuesday, about 20,000 steps between the two. I went for a looong walk today but I forgot to wear my Fitbit. Oops. Good thing there are no Exercise with Me police. *whew*

I am just walking too and it feels pretty good. How's your arm, Kelly? Forgot to check in on Sunday and here it is already Thursday. It's been chilly here this week and beach walking was a no-go. But, I got in my usual 15,000+ steps every day. Today is a strength workout in a friend's outdoor weight rig, and tomorrow is bootcamp. No bike rides this week - too rainy. No beach yoga - too rainy. We got a round of golf in, at least. I have managed to "close my rings" every day this week, but it's been a lot harder to do with the weather!

I looked at a YouTube video yesterday touting itself as “Stretching for Beginners, Flexibility for the Inflexible”. It looked like a good fit until this lithe dancer chick said, “Bend down and touch your toes.”
Bitch, no.
I set a walking challenge for the month and I’m already at 123 km per my Fitbit. But I’m stiff.

I've continued on with Yoga with Adriene. Day 13 starts today.
I did get one spin class in earlier this week. I got on the bike last night and my knee hurt. I was torn between working through the pain and listening to my body. I chose to get off the bike and do Day 12 of yoga.
Today I'll try to get in a 5km walk because that shouldn't bother my knee. We'll see.
