Today I completed a 6 km walk and Day 16 of Yoga with Adriene. Good start to the week.

Happy Monday! I was a bit of a slouch yesterday, but still closed all my rings.
This week I will hit my baseline of 15,000 steps most every day. I have two boot camp sessions scheduled with our trainer, and best of all my husband will be getting involved too. It will be really good for him.
I get a facial today . . . yay!
M - walk plus pickleball T - walk plus golf W - trainer/bootcamp Th - walk plus some activity, not sure yet. Fr - walk/bootcamp Sat - walk Sunday - not sure, flying that day

Happy Monday! No school today in remembrance of Dr. King, which means a more flexible schedule. I'll work out at 2PM with my trainer virtually!
Started the week yesterday with 45 min spin/arms and then 10 min of yoga.

Hey everyone! Getting back into it after a loooong break. I just did not keep up with my exercise routine since the early summer. So I'm starting back into it very slowly, with my first priority just getting back into my body. I find I spend so much time on the Internet or reading that I'm just in my head all day long. So for now I'm trying to actually leave the house (such an embarrassing goal!) every day to get some fresh air, and do yoga once a week. I used to be able to hike 20km but I did a 5km hike on Saturday with just a bit of uphill and downhill scrambling and I was ready for a nap by the time I got back home!
Anyway.... I did yoga today which is my once weekly goal. For the rest of this week my goal is just to get outside for a little walk and some fresh air every day.

My goal this week is to walk and try to do some light aerobics and yoga. My arm is improving but still limited.
MONDAY: Walked and stretched so far.

I walked 3.5 miles today, and only 2 miles yesterday. It was cold and WINDY yesterday, so didn't get out too much!! Today I had a doctor's appointment that took up part of my walking time. Monday I walked 4 miles.

Sunday-6km walk and YWA Day 16 Monday- yoga Day 17 Tuesday- yoga Day 18 Wednesday - Spin class (hills) and Yoga with Adriene Day 19 Thursday- Spin Class (sprints) and Yoga with Adriene Day 20 I did nothing until 9:30 pm tonight and then I decided I would just do yoga because I can cycle tomorrow. I make myself do a minimum of 3 cycle classes per week. Well, tomorrow is Friday and I've only completed one class so onto the bike I went and I made myself do a sprint class which is the hardest for me. Finished up with yoga. Done ✔ Some days are a challenge.

4.7 miles today--next week won't be as productive. We're supposed to get a lot of rain, so I probably won't get out much--

Hi everyone! I somehow got sucked into buying a dance/fitness program called Figure 8. It's based on latin dance moves, so there is a lot of hip swaying. I downloaded it yesterday and had my first session. I knew that I was rather uncoordinated when it comes to dancing, but I didn't realise just how unco I actually am! I think it's going to be fun, once I get the hang of the moves. I haven't done another workout today because it's too hot here, and our air conditioning isn't working. The temperature is getting up to 42 C / 107 F by Monday, so I don't think I'll be doing too much strenuous exercise the next few days.

So far so good, hit all my goals except swapped golf for another round of pickleball. Today is the trainer/bootcamp and will finish this week with a lovely round of "cocktails on the beach" for sunset I'd love to golf tomorrow, hopefully we can make it happen but it's Saturday and I'm living in Golf Central so . . . . probably no tee times. Or tee times that fit my budget lol I'll get my walk in on Sunday, but then we are flying home for a week so it will be a travel day. Hitching a ride on a friend's jet so this will be the most glamorous day ever!
