I mean, in the bed if you want. But there's other places too. Would monsieur care for a smorgasmbord for lunch? *adjusts French maid apron* Exactly. Your lockdown will be as fun as you make it.

I got my order today! The houses are really well made but smaller than I anticipated.. idk why, I definitely watched the video and saw them in her hands lol. Gotta figure out how to adhere them. I'm not sure a few glue does would be enough especially if I want it them outside the pp? The half circles are flimsier than what I hoped to use them for so that might go out the window, but they're cute! They added their digitals today and I really like these layered templates, especially the phone and computer/tv. https://www.instagram.com/p/CNLJFesLRq0

Welp, I did it. I started another lockdown mini. Went even smaller with a set of 3x4 Jamaica Makes acrylic covers. Super cute so far. I printed out the map of our 10km perimeter in black & white on vellum, I stamped, I printed out small photos. I even managed to use a Studio Calico card of yore I'd been hoarding... Hope I'm not burning myself out before WITL but oh well, the mood struck.

I finished my super-mini WITL spread and I'm really happy with it. I finally used an idea I had pinned on Pinterest for years and used up some really old WITL supplies. I'm still thinking of doing a proper WITL project in May with the AE community but I'm not going to commit for sure. It's such a hard project to do in a normal working week.

I got my papers all figured out. A little Maggie Holmes Sweet Story + Gather with some Felicity Jane Black and White thrown in.
Edited: Not Black and White. Pink and white stripe vellum. Maybe will use, maybe wont. We will see.

It's going to be so much fun to look back one day. I bet it feels so nice to have made the idea materialise (and to use up some supplies along the way).

Ok I won’t be using all of these...I think I’m already cutting the crazy one on the end. DH loves the crazy pattern so we will see. Pink + blue + mustard. 🥰

mom Nice selection! I love how the mustard pulls it all together, bridging between the seasons as well. Going to have to side with your husband on this one since I love that Sweet Story "crazy" pattern, too. I think it'd look amazing for water and forest photos!

WITL supplies arrived, pretty happy with everything! Only surprise was the size of the pleather tags, I somehow thought they were 3x4. They are pretty little. I’m embracing the black and white aesthetic with pops of the bright colors. The linen album is so pretty.
Does anyone know if Paislee Press releases digitals similar to what is in the wITL kits? I’d like duplicates of a few of the journal cards but would rather not buy the $15 kit.

The yellow linen album is gorgeous. Wish I would’ve bought 2. Wish they would have some more color diversity in the 6x8 albums in the shop. Tired of the grey & black. I know there are other companies selling this size now but I prefer 6 ring to 2 ring albums.

Shannan Manton did a simple WITL last year with 3 stories for each day: morning, afternoon and evening. Her blog post is here. I like the look but I am unsure.

So far, no burnout from doing my daily 3x4 lockdown mini. Still up for WITL! It's so much fun playing with supplies again and documenting the small, everyday life things...

I am so excited for week in the life but haven't been able to keep up on this thread! I am working on planning out my album ahead of time (I like to pre-plan a bit so I know how many photos/orientations/what stories to collect/etc.) and I am thinking of going very different this year from previous albums.
I am using the 6x8 linen album so still doing 6x8 and going with the bright colors, but thinking about being more crafty this year... maybe some painting? But the big thing I'm considering is zero page protectors... is that crazy? I usually include A LOT of photos. I love the layered templates this year so I am definitely going to use at least one of those per day, but would it be weird to include 3x4 and 4x6 photos in a pocket page configuration but on a piece of card stock so there is no plastic? Thoughts?
I am going to film a video of my plan and share it on IGTV, hopefully this weekend, for anyone that is interested but I wanted some feedback on this thought before I really went down that road... I'm just not feeling all the plastic page protectors right now! But LOVE the 6x8 + tons of photos so idk... crazy or go for it?

So I am struggling with getting my foundation pages going for WITL.
Last year, I knew I would use one day of the week card, one 3x4 quote card, one gratitude card and one journaling prompt (digital, that I used on a 6x8 page) every single day. They came in the main kit except for the journal prompts (around here, some days, today I, facts + feelings - not sure where those came from as they are digital). This year, she has the days of the week cards, and I have the quote cards from other places. But I don't know what to use from the journaling prompts for the 6x8 pages. Any ideas? I really liked my format last year and I feel like I was able to capture the 'today' stuff, as well as capture more journaling about what usually happens. ' Any idea where to find journaling prompts? Sure, I could think fo some my own but I suck at that. So help me out. Seen any digitals that would be great journaling prompts?

Are those possibly the journal prompts from the prep party last year? They were a free digital download with the class. I’m hoping she has new ones in this years prep party.
Otherwise I’ve used “ing” prompts, thankful for, I go, I see, currently, today we, right now. ETA: “I want to remember” is another good one.

mom Have you thought of adding contrasting prompts to your WITL idea list? AM/PM routine, you/me (work day, commute, house chores, etc.), active/passive (how you're part of an event or situation vs what you observed during this event or situation), go/rest, inside/outside, old school/tech, and so on. These are fun lenses to observe your day for inserts especially.
