I got my new villager today. Monique is here today. Who has had her before? She is a snooty and I am OK with that. But gosh, does she know she is living on an island and not some caberet?!? I am not open yet and probably won't be able to do so until after lunch. This is my morning of sitting up front. Hard to run around and check prices and such to open. Is she the one that looks like What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? She creeps me out, but I like her. I know someone has had her before, but I don’t recall who. My new resident is Murphy. A cranky lime green bear. I like him so far. |

I did my bunny day stuff in about an hour yesterday, then took all Easter stuff down. I was over it. Now I'm trying to figure out what I want to do to my island. I want to change a few things up, but I haven't figured out what yet.

Jasper (my ds) is going to open up his island first time ever today he said. He worked on his entrance and a few areas yesterday and wants to share and get feedback. ☺️ He is pretty proud of his little entrance. It’s fun to watch a new player learn about this game.
He’s so new that his nooks is not upgraded but come check out what’s for sale. He said he’ll have dups and diys on beach for the taking. He does not need bells at all FYI. He may or may not be afk.
Ok back to work I go. 😀

I love her. It’s fun to change her catchphrase and greeting to make her seem even more snooty. I’ve replaced all my villagers lately except for her and Kabuki and I just can’t let them go. |

DS is caught up with all of his homework. I'm hoping Spring Break ends for him and this is the last free day he has. I want my island back.
I spent this morning TT (as DD) and moved all the villagers. They are all in one small cramp area. I also moved my camp site. I need to figure out what to do with the museum and our houses. I'm keeping the stores where they are.
So I'm wondering if I put the museum on a second or third level, do I really need inclines leading to it? I'm thinking I might have to because the villagers won't be able to go visit.
Why are all these holidays such a big let down? I need to start lowering my expectations.

Happy Monday! Does anyone still need the Hello Kitty Amiibos? I ordered a set from Etsy that just came. I don't need them since dawnnikol so graciously sent me a set So If anyone wants them, free, just let me know and I will get them out tomorrow. These aren't the cards, they are plain white disks w/a sticker on top that says who it is for. |

Ok, my next island venture is going to be a winery. I can't remember if anyone has one here or not. I was watching something last night and they were using the barrels of course, but also several of the pirate sideways barrel. I thought I had gotten a sideways pirate barrel at some point and I wanted to use it for my Fisherman's Wharf. No barrel. Still don't have one. Gullivar is on my island today and again, hoping for that barrel. In the video I was watching last night they had several of the barrels. So it's possible to get dupes of the items? If not, how did they get them? So I am hoping for that silly item to show up. AND purple flowers. Hyacinths to be more exact. I am not really a fan of purple so I have not been missing purple flowers on the island. Now I need them and I need a lot. Purple tulips? got those... Purple pansies or hyacinth, sorry Naby, you are out of luck. Are these purple varieties are to get. Heck I just realized I even have purple roses. Gah!!!

I have 3 you can have, I know it isn’t much, but it may be a start. Mine reproduce pretty quickly. They are near my free sign on my beach, I put them next to the log for you. I also have a blue one and if for some reason you want the deep coral colored ones you can take them from my poison apple orchard. |

Skellinton thank you!! I can't come over right now but if someone will leave and go to the gym or head out for his walk, I'll try to run over! I always say to myself to close and let mrs darcy come out and play when I have either of the birds on the island. But then I end up getting back to work or forgetting by the time I get home. I need to check out Etsy sometime. I never think of getting items there. Anita YAY! you are wonderful!! I'll take it! I also figured out I could use purple azaleas. Of course, now I need to wait for Leif to show up. I need to check my inventory and see if I have any stored away.
