it really bothers me that Matt Gaetz looks kinda like Donny Osmond... only *off* and out of proportion. So when I see pictures of him, my brain has to scramble a minute to realize it's NOT a pic of Donny Osmond. (and this resemblance irrationally irritates me, because I think Donny Osmond is attractive. But Matt Gaetz? not so much.  ) and back to the subject, those QAnon people are really stupid. Don't they understand that this investigation was opened under their 'dear leader' and NOT President Biden? I guess important details like that are okay to ignore. |

I hope there’s enough pressure, especially from the Republican Party for him to resign. I’m not sorry to see what is hopefully the end of his political career. These allegations in addition to his stunt with the gas mask during Covid, his support of former and his DUI are all despicable.

I know Matt Gaetz.
When he was a Florida state rep, it was well known that he and several other male reps had a "contest" for their conquests. They awarded themselves various points for every lobbyist, staffer, and fellow elected official they slept with, and they got bonus points if the women they slept with were married. Lobbyists earned the fewest points, because I guess they figured the women were more likely to sleep with them if it would help with their clients. 🤢 I know people who saw the score sheet.
He was buddy buddy with another male state rep who I, and other young female staffers, were specifically warned to not meet with one-on-one - we were expected to have at least one other staffer in the room if we had to meet with that rep for our jobs.

Yes, Supporters, Gym Jordan and Marjorie Taylor Greene, who in their own right have engaged in questionable behavior... OH and I forgot Minority Leader McCarthy who will not remove him for the Judiciary Committee, even though Gaetz is under investigation by the DOJ (which is judiciary)!! He is waiting for him to be indicted.... He changed his mind from after it was true, which would be guilty. |
