Make 12 cards. That's it. That's the whole challenge. (But you can read the first challenge thread here for the full write up.) If you are playing for points: 1 point for each card you make, whether 1 or 20. If you hit the magical dozen, take 8 bonus points-- so your first dozen cards are worth 20 points total. If you make two dozen, you can have another 8 bonus points. (So, 20 points total per dozen available.) If there's a bonus challenge/prompt, and you use it, take another 10 points. April (optional) prompt: use journaling/pocket cards to create your greeting cards. You can use project life or similar cards, or you can use cards cut from larger sheets, such as these (various sizes) or these (12, all the same size). If you do not have journaling cards in your stash, then as an optional take on this prompt, use patterned paper pieces that are 4x6", 3x4", or 2x2" (common journaling/pocket card sizes). My craft room is in mid-rearrangment (i.e., a complete mess), so no cards yet.

Here are my completed cards for April. I used papers from Kaisercraft's Emerald Eve collection, including the pocket cards from this sheet. The cards themselves are pretty simple, but they all have some foil on them. (I love shiny.)

Ooh, I adore those birthday cakes, justjac, and I'm impressed with your coloring skills (especially on the little Penny Black stamps)!
