Are you going to reorder or are you sour about it now? I've never had problem with Wool Warehouse before. I'm hoping this was a one-off.

I don't think I'll order from them again for a while, the postal system here has never been great and I've had lots of things not turn up. I'm still waiting for the birthday card my friend sent me from the UK last July.

I keep saying to my husband 'I wonder how the postmans getting on with his blanket' :laugh:

It says that it will ship after 1 Nov. Do they mean 1 Nov 2021? How will you get it finished on time?!

Since its an advent calendar sort of thing, are you working on a set part for each day?

I'm guessing that there are all kinds of different crochet stitches going on to get all that incredible texture, will you guys need to learn new stitches, or do you just already know all the stitches?

malibou , last years shipped 1st Nov and was with me in the UK by 6/11. I made the mistake of not starting the Advent cal as soon as it arrived, hence me finishing it now 😆. jeremysgirl and I are starting as soon as we both have the box - we’ve agreed it needs to be completed by December 2022 though!

malibou it is designed to do a bit each day just like an advent calendar. Yes it will ship in November. They've released it this early so we have a chance to do a payment plan. I think it was $206 total.

I assume we probably will have to learn some new stitches too. I'm also not sure if JoP and I will finish before Christmas. But we are eager to give this a go. There was a video posted on Facebook and it is an adorable project this year.
