MY BFF sent me a text. This is really upsetting to me.
My BFF went through the same loss when her husband died of cancer 7 years ago and I was there to watched as she picked up the pieces, raised her 3 girls and learned to function without the love of her life.
I know Teresa and her family will have support around her. I'll be supporting her from a distance through my prayers

My heart is breaking for Teresa and her family. Her blog post where she learned of Ty's transplant failure the same day she learned she is going to be a grandmother is so unbelievably bittersweet and emotional. I am so sorry to hear of her loss. I cannot imagine what she is going thru right now but my thoughts and prayers are with her and her family at this most difficult time.

RIP. I am bi-boardal- there was (still is) a thread on this on NSBR (started before this one) if anyone wants to read it- title does not mention TC, it is about "surreal feeling.. thinking you know someone".

I can relate to what Teresa through with his treatments, and what she is going through now. I lost my husband to acute lymphoblastic leukemia (another type of blood cancer) in February. He was 39. Sending prayers to her family and friends.

So sad, I did not know her husband was ill. Work blocks her blog and I never seem to remember to check it when I get home. My heart goes out to her and her family.

I feel for her. I went through this 4 years ago when my DH died of pancreatic cancer. We had just found out that the treatment was doing more harm than good and it was time to go on hospice when DD [HASH]1 told us we were going to be grandparents. DH died before we knew we were going to have a grandson.
I hope she has plenty of family/friend support because there are days when she will really need it.

I saw her FB post and read it with my mouth hung open. I didn't know he was sick.
I hope they can find the strength to get through the tough months and holidays ahead.

I just read her blog and I am saying a prayer for her family. I spent a while reading her former posts and the love they shared was so special. Never enough time, but it does seem their marriage was a blessing. May that bond help her in the coming days.

That family had been through so much. So sad to read this. Some years ago her dh was in a horrific accident, anyone else remember that? It was years ago but I couldn't help thinking about that too when I read her dh had passed.
