I can tell that these dog photos are going to be a *problem* for me. I’ve been considering adding on to the family (thanks Covid). lesley , I’m so sorry about Turriff. We’re you ever able to say NO to him? With those sweet eyes, I don’t know that I ever could @restless spirit, we had 2 beagles when my son was young. Lily Is adorable! Very rarely, and when I did he would argue with me. I have a very precious video of him that I took one night when DS’s friends were visiting, and they were all out in my summer house eating pizza. Turriff desperately wanted to join them (he always thought the guys came to visit him ) and he got so annoyed with me when I wouldn’t let him out to join them. Every reason I told him why he couldn’t go, he would wuff vehemently and shake his head at me to let me know that all of these reasons were stupid and unacceptable to him. I have never known any dog to communicate as clearly as he did.

I did a branding photo shoot today and just got a few sneak peeks! I spent January & February rebranding my business with a designer and am so happy with my new logo and website, so the photo shoot was the next step!

I had already decided I'd post a closeup of one of my azaleas that I took on Friday (so technically not quite May yet) before I scrolled and saw all the other flowers...

My favorite subject is flowers, specifically close up/macro shots. I love following the hashtag macrophotography on instagram. There's lots of flowers.

Wow! Thanks, Michy! I've never been able to figure out posting photos before. And this is a GREAT thread. Thank you! This was me in April 2015, hosting a surprise birthday lunch for a friend ON the beach. I couldn't have pulled it off without a) a friend with a large pickup truck for the coolers, tables, chairs, gifts, etc. b) friends who helped me carry all of this over some rocks and down to the water's edge. Most fun birthday surprise I've ever pulled off. We got several fun positive comments from people walking by... I just pulled up this photo the other day and printed it to make a bday card for the same friend, a little trip down memory lane.

I'm just trying this tapatalk app out to post a pic. This is one of dd's senior pictures taken by a photographer. Eta: looks fuzzy on my phone but you get the idea. Oops.

He and his sister both think the kitchen and hallway are for their Wall of Death routine when they get the zoomies.

Such a great idea to have a photo thread. This picture is one my husband took of Blea Tarn in Cumbria, England. He has always loved taking photos . He has recently got back into it after having a near miss with a rare heart condition a couple of years ago ,called aortic dissection. He is no longer able to work full time due to health problems but has recently set up a sort of hobby shop on Etsy . He is a link in case anyone wants to take a peek. www.etsy.com/uk/shop/WestLakesImagesSince his surgery , he hasn’t been able to lift any of his old camera equipment due to the weight risk so we replaced it with lighter stuff and find places with views to take shots from the car . ps having trouble posting pic currently trying sort out. Second attempt - here goes !

DD15 trains at the largest youth circus in the country, located here in our town. They are having their spring performances after missing them last year. She trains in many aerial acts, contortion and dance, this particular photo is of her performing in "Pas de Deux" an aerial act - and she's in the upper right. And edited to add, yes, they train and perform in masks right now!

I take so many sky photos. I think I have a problem. LOL I have a perfect view of the sunrise from kitchen window and of the sunset from my front porch. I took this pic last week. It is edited a bit, but only because my photo didn't look as pretty as the sky really looked that evening. So while this pic is edited, it is exactly what the sky actually looked like. ill be loving you

No I talk the talk, but to be honest...I don't think I'd subject them to a dog, unless I do find the unicorn house and have a proper outdoor space.

My cutie. She had just woken up. Her tongue always pokes out when she sleeps. ❤️ Also, for those of you having problems with posting photos...try Tapatalk. Even if you never use it for reading the board, or for posting anything else, it is the easiest way to post photos. You just click the photo icon after you’ve opened the reply box, choose your photo, choose your size (the one I just posted is “small”), wait for it to upload, click “reply”, done. If I can do it with no problem then anyone can do it. 🤪 Thank you, I just added your Tapatalk instructions to the OP!

This is the Mid-century modern bookshelf I put together for my new office. My oldest DD moved back out in April after a year of crashing at our house, and now that I am working from home forever, it is wonderful to claim my own space. Funny thing is I just wanted a simple bookshelf and didn't know I was a fan of this furniture style, but once I saw this I had to have it. I loved it so much I bought the skinny version for the other side of my office, then added a 50s-looking TV stand for good measure. I am feeling very Don Draper today. I can day drink at home, right?
