We are opened up to max 40 people to attend in person (masked, socially distanced). We also have services streamed on FB. We are planning to keep streaming live even after all restrictions are lifted. I honestly don't think that we will ever have everyone back to in-person services. "Jammie Church" is just too tempting and convenient!

Even though I am fully vaccinated, still not comfortable yet.

Our church has been back for awhile. I haven't gone back yet...but mainly because I have been out of town and honestly, I like not going anywhere on Sundays.

Our church has been back at full capacity for a couple of months. They offer one early service for socially distanced and masks required for people that are uncomfortable with the full capacity version. They also offer on-line services. So far, there have been no outbreaks from church that I am aware of.

Yes. I continue to wear my mask while we sing.
We sit at distance and we know our friends that we sit with are vaccinated. We're part of the deaf ministry, so our section of the sanctuary never has more than 10-15 people and people not in the deaf ministry don't sit anywhere close to us so as to leave room for the deaf to see. If I was sitting elsewhere, I probably wouldn't be back because other areas are more densely filled. Not sure if it's logical or not but that's the conclusion we came to. For us, church was worth the risk. There's still a ton (most) activities that we don't do because they're not worth the risk to us.

I'm not back in church yet. Our buildings in the UK only reopened on Palm Sunday but with my cancer diagnosis I'm staying away from everyone until after the chemo is over.

I didn't attend much pre covid. I've been "attending" online since this started. They're required to mask. No way would I feel comfortable teaching if they didn't need to wear masks. Are you able to sit it out a bit longer until the kids can be immunized?

We've been back almost a year. We took a lot of chairs out of the sanctuary so we could create seating groups that were spread out. We double stacked the communion cups (cup with wafer below cup with juice) and only put a handful on each tray--the trays were spread around the room and people took turns going to the tray closest to their seats. Mask were "required" when not seated, but could be removed once seated--some people were more lax about wearing a mask while up and about, others wore their mask the entire time.
We had probably less than half of our usual attenders when we restarted and it slowly grew over the last year. We had the periodic person that we knew of test positive, but the only "outbreak" that we know happened in the building was when all of the staff got it over the winter and it spread to others in small bible groups and the worship team. Thankfully no one was sick enough to be hospitalized, it was pretty much a bad cold for everyone. But I honestly don't know of anyone who we know tested positive that only came to the buildings on Sundays.
We continue to offer the service online, but the numbers are dwindling as people continue to return now that they are vaccinated. We have changed up the seating so that it's back to rows, but they are still more spread out than normal.

Approximately 3,400 seats in our sanctuary and I'd say 90% capacity on Mother's Day with a mix of masks and no masks.

Ours is back. We met outside last summer and into the fall, but when it got cold, we moved inside. We wear masks, and seats (we have chairs not pews) are distanced. We sit a ways away from the pulpit. I feel comfortable with the arrangement. Those that aren't comfortable are encouraged to watch live-stream. We have a 199 capacity, and there are usually about 50 people there. We don't pass the plate, but put our offering in a plate that is sitting on the stage.
Yes, I even attend Sunday School AND Woman's bible class during the week. Our Sunday School has about 15 people--we wear masks, seats are spread out in a big room--We get our temp taken when we arrive.
