Whoop! We loved the house so much and decided if we didn’t get it, we would hold off until winter. We didn’t want to spend every summer weekend gawking at homes.
This house check all of the boxes on our list with some extras!
Closing is June 29!

I was lucky to get this place because I was first viewer, made offer and luckily sellers were anxious to move on. Wife was pregnant.
Ironically, I helped my eldest get their townhome/condo months earlier and same thing. Pregnant wife anxious to move on.
So that's my tip for others. Find the pregnant sellers. Lol.
