Both; I stand at the kitchen counter and sit at the kitchen table.
ETA: Plus a lot of walking back and forth between there and the living room where my stuff is stored.

Both. I sit for some things, stand up for others. That. I have a standing-height desk with a chair. I also have a regular height small table with a chair if I want to sit there. |

I wish I had a standing table because I think I'd love to do that, but for now, it's just sitting. No more scrappy purchases for a while!

My scrap room has gone through many changes over the years, but several years ago I had a bug in my brain that I thought I would be more productive if I stood while I scrapped. Wrong! I hated it, and promptly changed back to a sitting desk.

I sit with a gel cushion under me- another pea had the link on Amazon and I love it.
I have a bad back so sitting is better for me.

Thanks for your replies. I exclusively scrap at home & stand at my counter-height (36") project table that is situated in the middle of the room. Not only do I like the "bird's eye" perspective to get things straight, but it enables me to access supplies & put-away-as-I-go. I have a saddle stool that I rarely lean on & an oversized comfy chair in the corner of the room where I sit to sketch, draft journaling, etc.

I stand I have island that a friend gave in my scrapbook area in the basement, then I put PVC pipe on the legs of my folding table so it makes a L shape. I work much better standing.

I would say I mostly sit, because that is what I do when I am arranging my pages. But I will stand to use my big shot, do any mixed media work, or for stamping/embossing.
