Wow! This thread is HOPPIN'! Lots of crafty people this first weekend in July! azcrafty your Christmas cards are GORGEOUS!!! Love your adaptations to this month's Sheetload design. schroema , you have been doing a wonderful job of doing those AD sketches! Great idea to stitch on that #8. It looks like a quilt background. Great colours, too. Congrats on getting VAXXED! Love that pp with the floral and old wood. What was it about #9 that had you putting it off? You did an AWESOME job! Again, great colours! And your final Shimelle LO is wonderful, too. I like the indoor/outdoor focus. You have been a scrappin' rock star this weekend!
950nancy , that submarine LO is AWESOME!!! Love the bright yellow porthole: perfect! And the floating circles are like bubbles in the ocean with all those sea creatures.
Wonderful job on the baby book, gramma . The mom is going to love filling in the photos, and the young man will love his book!
Awesome that you had family game photos to scrap and those perfect papers to scrap them, Linda! Thanks! The floral/wood paper is a paper pad from hobby lobby. www.hobbylobby.com/Scrapbook-Paper-Crafts/Paper-Cardstock/Printed-Paper-Packs/Barnwood-Pretty-2-Paper-Pack---12-x-12/p/80930592 I think all the small squares of #9 were intimidating me!

Alright. Posting that I would finish my travel album this week has put me into gear. Last night I got it all finished after I decided I just needed to put my second submarine layout into a PL page and pul some more photos. Bam done. Then I realized that I never finished the other three PL layouts I had stored in the actual album. Oh well. I can still finish it. I opted for a simple first page with just a calendar. I put tiny thumbnail photos that match the dates of travel. The first picture is of the night we came back from getting groceries and the elevator stopped. We were on the fourth floor and there was no way out or in. It was about 30 minutes of three of us laughing our butts off and one of us panicking. The picture makes me laugh.

Linda, Your bird photos are remarkable. I also love that little bird that looks like stained glass. Sweet photo of you and Silver. It’s obvious that your DD is a cat lover.~ I love the page about your DD’s Confirmation. The dove is a great touch and I’m glad she will have the “mask” photos to remember this crazy time in her life. You did a great job on her dress. She looks so pretty. The cake is so appropriate and looks delicious. ~ Your son’s portrait is very patriotic. ~ I love your kitty pages and especially when it shows you. Great job on the food pages. I never think to take photos! refugeepea, I had to giggle at your stamping and restamping of “hydrate”. I have to remind myself all day. Your flowers are very pretty and I really like the addition of the circles. Who cares in the future whether it was June or July! LOL AussieMeg, grammadee you have love in the gallery. azcrafty, I left love on Instagram. schroema, I love all the little squares on your page. Congrats on stitching on your layout. Such a great design and perfect photos. I love the paper on your Covid page. That “painted wood” look is so pretty. Congrats on getting the vaccine. ~ Your braided strips are so cool! Beautiful page. I love all the tiny embellishments!~I can tell you have enjoyed your Shimelle class. I love all your pages! gramma, I hated to see your baby album be finished. I have really enjoyed every page. You have love in the gallery. 950nancy, that is a very cool submarine layout. I love the photos taken of the outside and those taken inside. Putting photos in a porthole was a great idea. All of your travel album pages are awesome. I especially like the title on Life is Better at the Beach.

My first for the month - another Sketch by Scrapbook Generations for the 6x6 paper pad sketches class. Vicki B. pp - all scraps to start - with a coating of white dauber paint over to mute it down a bit. I die cut Vellum stars that I painted with gold ink. And the pearls are new ones from Studio Katie that I picked up for cardmaking! LAYOUT welcome to wing A by kirstendrew, on Flickr

Thanks a Melon Cards I am trying to go through my scraps and use or get rid of them. I cut up all the green and red scraps large enough and made backgrounds and letters. I was able to make 9 cards without cutting into a whole sheet of paper. I love joblackford's punny cards and decided to make some.

So much eye candy to look at! 950nancy, your "simple first page" is amazing! What a cool idea to include a calendar of thumbnail photos! And I love the bracket shape: so unusual for a calendar page. And thanks for sharing that fun page with the amazing photo of jumping into the water! Love the layered title and all the little extras, but that photo is--and should be--the true focal point. Great job on that half&half page, @sunnycamom. Great choice of background papers and I love that bear! Documenting distance experiences is hard, but you nailed it. Good to see your pL pages, @zingermack. I like that you mat photos and keep room for papers and accents. I tend to stuff too many 4x6 photos in, so they turn out like pages in regular photo albums. I like the soft yellow you chose. kitbop and nylene there is love in the Gallery.

Thank you - I'm supposed to be frozen but DH wanted to go to HL and I was browsing (always dangerous) and spotted it and couldn't resist...and 59 cents isn't a bad thaw. Yes - they are meyer lemons.
