I signed up for the subscription and then added a few things in a separate transaction . It all came together yesterday.
I was shopping online during an airport layover and my phone auto filled the wrong cc info. I emailed to cancel and I was so surprised at how fast they responded. Very nice, very quick. Really great customer service!

My stuff should be here Tuesday. It’s always a slow trip from Elle’s Studio in WA to me in the SE. Always worth the wait!

I agree that they are super friendly and helpful. Last year before I subbed I accidentally checked out with the “bundle with my subscription” option because it defaulted to that, and I didn’t notice until it was too late. I sent them an email immediately, and CS was so nice about it. They will take care of you for sure.

Yes, got my kit and add ons together yesterday.  I'd definitely contact them as it may have just been an oversight.  I usually have things sent quickly without issue from them!

I just checked my email and it says it's out for delivery.  So it totally must have been my error in not choosing ship with kit. 

I've never had a subscription to a scrapbook kit. I  am thinking of subscribing to Elle's Studio as I found out about them through this board and love their products.  I only placed one order with them, but I loved everything I got.  I have a few questions and am hoping people more familiar with them can answer them for me.  Thanks for helping me out!

Has anyone who subscribed to them had any problems ending their subscription even if you only subscribed for a month or two?  I'm not sure that I'll use enough of a kit to make it worth subscribing since I've never had one before, but would like to try without pressure or being locked in.

If I am reading it right it appears that you get free shipping with anything you bundle with your kit.  Is that only on new products or anything from the shop?  I've got a few stamp sets I'd love to add to an order if I subscribe.

This month it appears that you get 20% off what you bundle with your subscription.  Is that for everything in the store?  Only new items?  Only certain categories?

I subscribed for Jan and feb this year and then unsubscribed. They were really nice about it. I love their customer service and stamps. I like some of the cards but I find I don’t use a lot of them due to the colors. I’m not into the lilac and peach looking colors. Also, to me, each release looks pretty similar. That said, I might very well sign up again because I do use some of it and it’s not very expensive. We’ll see. I’m just here to reassure you it’s easy to cancel even for a short subscription time.

There are no additional sub discounts, just the sale section (they added to it) and the 20% off with sub coupon. The new stamp set that goes with the kit is $16.99 full price, for instance, when normally they discount the current month's stamp set.

I bought a lot today. The sale section had some really good stuff - I got some sets of journalling cards for 30 and 45 cents.

I also signed up for their class that comes with a stamp set - it's just pdfs, but I really like the stamp. I wish they did more videos but they don't really do much, it's too bad because I love the layouts on their blog and would love to see the process videos.

I always eye that class but never grab it! It looks like it shows 12x12 pages and I am mostly doing PL stuff now. Let me know how it is!

. I’ve been slowly adding the word stamps as I can get them in sad. They definitely are fun and easy to use! Same with me for the solids. This years colors seems to go well with my stash so that’s another reason I’ve held off. I’m putting myself on somewhat of a freeze. I’ll allow the monthly and one small add on until my stash goes way down!

I ordered the Travel Tabs stamp set today.  I thought it was really cute.  I really had to think hard about the photograph one.  In the end, I didn't get it. 

The tab stamps alone were worth the set.  I have so many word stamps that could be used with the tabs.  

Same here. I'm a sucker for those tab stamp sets. I think I have every set they've offered so far.

I should not have opened this thread! Just bought the travel tabs stamp and die set along with the good times seals stamp set and matching die! They really are so versatile though. I can see me using those a lot. Thanks for enabling me everyone!
