Hmmm…I’d contact them. Usually they ship together unless you paid for separate shipping? Did you chose ship with kit for free? No I don't think I did. Has your kit come yet? It just seems so weird.

I would contact, too. My add ons come with the kit and speedy fast. I also reached out to them about something else and they respond quickly and friendly- really nice company to work with. It kind of sounds like you accidentally bought just a single kit and not the monthly subscription? Oh, I see you’ve gotten the kit twice- never mind what I said! The poster above is right- did you select the “bundle” option for shipping? Either way, they will help you quickly. Has your kit come yet?

I signed up for the subscription and then added a few things in a separate transaction . It all came together yesterday. I was shopping online during an airport layover and my phone auto filled the wrong cc info. I emailed to cancel and I was so surprised at how fast they responded. Very nice, very quick. Really great customer service!

Yes. I got my kit + added stamp Tuesday. And I missed adding one more stamp for the bundling by a couple hours and that one showed Thursday. jeremysgirl

My stuff should be here Tuesday. It’s always a slow trip from Elle’s Studio in WA to me in the SE. Always worth the wait!
I agree that they are super friendly and helpful. Last year before I subbed I accidentally checked out with the “bundle with my subscription” option because it defaulted to that, and I didn’t notice until it was too late. I sent them an email immediately, and CS was so nice about it. They will take care of you for sure.

So am I, which is probably why my stuff from them comes so quickly!

Yes, got my kit and add ons together yesterday. I'd definitely contact them as it may have just been an oversight. I usually have things sent quickly without issue from them!

I just checked my email and it says it's out for delivery. So it totally must have been my error in not choosing ship with kit. I found that if I wasn't signed in, I wasn't able to see the freebies and discounted items. So maybe you weren't signed in at the time?? So glad you are getting your kit.

I've never had a subscription to a scrapbook kit. I am thinking of subscribing to Elle's Studio as I found out about them through this board and love their products. I only placed one order with them, but I loved everything I got. I have a few questions and am hoping people more familiar with them can answer them for me. Thanks for helping me out!
Has anyone who subscribed to them had any problems ending their subscription even if you only subscribed for a month or two? I'm not sure that I'll use enough of a kit to make it worth subscribing since I've never had one before, but would like to try without pressure or being locked in.
If I am reading it right it appears that you get free shipping with anything you bundle with your kit. Is that only on new products or anything from the shop? I've got a few stamp sets I'd love to add to an order if I subscribe.
This month it appears that you get 20% off what you bundle with your subscription. Is that for everything in the store? Only new items? Only certain categories?

Has anyone who subscribed to them had any problems ending their subscription even if you only subscribed for a month or two? I subscribed for a couple of years and had no problems when I had to unsubscribe. They do not make you sign up for 6 months or whatever, so even if you sub for a couple of months it should not be a problem. If I am reading it right it appears that you get free shipping with anything you bundle with your kit. Is that only on new products or anything from the shop? Yes, if you add items during the new release on the 10th or whenever it is you do get free shipping on those items you add on. You still have to pay for shipping for you kit though. This month it appears that you get 20% off what you bundle with your subscription. Is that for everything in the store? Only new items? Only certain categories? The 20% off is for all items you add on this month only (March). It's a special deal for subscribers. Usually you only get a discount on certain new products.

I subscribed for Jan and feb this year and then unsubscribed. They were really nice about it. I love their customer service and stamps. I like some of the cards but I find I don’t use a lot of them due to the colors. I’m not into the lilac and peach looking colors. Also, to me, each release looks pretty similar. That said, I might very well sign up again because I do use some of it and it’s not very expensive. We’ll see. I’m just here to reassure you it’s easy to cancel even for a short subscription time.

Update: I reached out to customer service. The free journaling cards and cut files are in the Sale section. There are no other specific items discounted for subs because we are getting 20% off our total purchase. Are any subscribers able to see the sub discounts today? Or are there none because of the 20% off sub coupon? I am logged in.

Or are there none because of the 20% off sub coupon? I am logged in. There are no additional sub discounts, just the sale section (they added to it) and the 20% off with sub coupon. The new stamp set that goes with the kit is $16.99 full price, for instance, when normally they discount the current month's stamp set. I bought a lot today. The sale section had some really good stuff - I got some sets of journalling cards for 30 and 45 cents. I also signed up for their class that comes with a stamp set - it's just pdfs, but I really like the stamp. I wish they did more videos but they don't really do much, it's too bad because I love the layouts on their blog and would love to see the process videos.

I had to hold back with the sale! I ended up grabbing the summer words stamp since I have all the others and those are the stamps I actually use. I also grabbed the paper pack I wished I had grabbed when it came out, heart puffys since I use those all the time too. I’ve been more selective in what I buy and forced myself to only get what to know I’ll use.

I would like to get the other ones, too, but couldn't fit them into my budget this time around, hopefully there will be a NSD sale and I can get them then. I bought the latest paper pack, too - I love their paper. I'd like to get the solids but those will have to wait until NSD, too.

They definitely are fun and easy to use! Same with me for the solids. This years colors seems to go well with my stash so that’s another reason I’ve held off. I’m putting myself on somewhat of a freeze. I’ll allow the monthly and one small add on until my stash goes way down!

I did well and kept it under $30 (with the discount), but then went back for more that evening and picked up several paper packs. Oops!

I ordered the Travel Tabs stamp set today. I thought it was really cute. I really had to think hard about the photograph one. In the end, I didn't get it.

I plan on buying the travel tabs stamp set & asterisk puffy stickers, and possibly the cerulean puffy alphabet stickers. I love the colors this month!

I ordered the Travel Tabs stamp set today. I thought it was really cute. I really had to think hard about the photograph one. In the end, I didn't get it. I bought a lot of the add-ons today - both stamp sets & the matching dies for the photograph one, the Big Smiles puffy stickers, the puffy alpha, the asterix stickers, the little banner stickers and the May labels - the last 2 items I bought because they're so inexpensive I couldn't say no (and I know I'll use them). They have really good prices in general, and with the bundling - I couldn't resist. They are one of the few companies where I use every part of a kit as well as the add-ons - it feels awesome to kill a kit.

I got the travel words set as well - I have all the other word ones I think except winter which I wouldn’t really use. I also got the block shapes- I’ve been wanting a stamp like that for a color behind the word phrase. I like all the size options.
