I was looking at the upcoming paper releases and I realized that there are some patterns/images that I can never pass up.
For instance, I have a real weakness for poinsettias. I cannot pass them up. If there is a paper with poinsettias on it, I have to have it. I don't even really like Christmas papers but I love a poinsettia.
For Halloween, I must have all of the bat and black cat papers. All of them. Ghosts? meh. Pumpkins? meh. Witches? meh. But bats and black cats are irresistible.
For nonseasonal papers, I have a hard time passing up an ombre or a woodgrain. They seem to jump in my cart.
What are your paper weaknesses?

Rainbow or a rainbow effect. Gets me every time. Cocoa daisy udually has at least one design a month with that months colors used in a rainbow effect. I loooove it.

Lined paper. Graph paper. Anything good for journaling spots.

Rainbow order anything. Then when I look at each paper individually if it's just arranged in a rainbow not actual rainbows on the paper, I can sometimes restrain myself. I grew up in the 80s, blame the Care Bears and Rainbow Brite...
Notebook paper, book or library themed stuff.
Anything that reminds me of my grandma: quilting/sewing supplies, buttons, canning jars, barns...

I’m a huge sucker for cutesy-ish (not realistic) fall leaves, pumpkins, bats, spiders… lots of fall stuff. Which is ridiculous because I actually don’t super love fall, as it’s a precursor to the dreaded winter. Lol. Those rich warm colors are just so soothing and pretty.
My main weakness is for everything outdoorsy.

I love anything maps, cats, food graphic, gardening, woodgrain...I think there's too many to name. Hence, the paper goddess.

Anything with a mid-century modern vibe, patters with postal imagery, wild west or southwest themes, camping/outdoor travel.

Rainbows, wood grain, polka dots, florals (I will never use all the floral paper I have!).

Diagonal plaids are my biggest weakness, with regular plaids a close second.

I love fall papers - and live where there is very little need for them.
I also love snow papers - but those are a little easier to resist
Looking at my stash - kid themed paper - dinosaurs, trucks, rockets, robots... I really need to make a point of digging out photos to use with those

Travel paper or camping paper, I have to buy all of it but my space and budget constraints keep me from buying all of it.

It used to be clouds. I have no idea why but cloud paper, embellishments anything. Then I realized I never used it. So I finally stopped. As of lately there’s nothing I get like that. I’ve only been buying knowing I have a use for it.
I am a sucker for a good boy themed paper. There’s so little out there I hoard it when it’s good! I’m a boy mama of five so I don’t use the pink and flowers as often.

I don't know, but I'll know it when I see it. I have soooo much unused really neat paper I have not used, because it's too neat to use. I think I need a 24 step program.

My weakness is for woodgrain and rainbow stripes. I also find I love a good winter paper with pretty snowflakes...you know for those nonexistent snow days we have here in central California.

Gingham, polka dots, jade green, red, and lemons. So Echo Park Summer Market is one of my favorite collections. I need to pull that out and use it. I need to not hoard it.

Snowflakes!!! And considering I lived in Florida for 47 years, that's a weird addiction to have! Fortunately, I moved to North Carolina last December so I'm looking forward to using all those snowflake papers (and stickers and stencils and dies and embellishments) that I've collected.

Stars. I'm a sucker for anything with stars. It's a problem because I'll come across some pack of paper with 80 themed sheets in it. Only 1 has stars on it, and suddenly I have to have it. Which is ridiculous, but it gets me every time. I also have star clothing, star purses, star jewelry, star keychains...whatever, you name it, I probably have a version with stars on it. (See my avatar?)

I love lemons! Even though I KNOW that I will have an impossible time trying to use the new Simple Stories Lemon Twist collection because of the vintage spin, I HAVE TO HAVE IT!

Beautiful beach and tropical vacation papers. I haven't been on a tropical vacation in 15 years, but I still can't resist the papers. Anything with navy as well, but at least I use those.

Hearts, rainbow stripes, ledger. I also love tone on tone like Bo Bunny double dot or Doodle Bug petite prints.

Text print paper is my number one. Show me anything with text print, it doesn't matter the font, and I want it. I will buy three, at least. I also love camera prints. Heidi Swapp had one in Honey and Spice and it was perfection. I think I bought five sheets. Both the text and camera prints each have their own category in my stash. I also like a good ledger and a wood grain. As for themes, I cannot resist fall paper. Fall is my favourite season, although here it is VERY short, so I rarely have any good fall photos. I think I just like to look at it and dream of changing leaves, cozy sweaters and pumpkins, but without the freezing temperatures and snow that usually accompany it here.

Bikes with baskets and flowers. I don't know why... I have made ONE layout that used this kind of paper. Scooter paper.... I don't have a scooter. ALL October Afternoon paper... doesn't matter.. I hoard it now.
Edited to add: Travel paper.. OMG how could I forget.. Eiffel Tower gets me every time. At least I can say I have been up in the ET. But anything travel related. including map paper...

My weakness would be certain colors. I organize by theme, but don't necessarily scrap that way.. My favorites are outdoor/camping or boy lines. 95% of the time I get it for the B sides.
Small patterns, nothing too bright, or a little grunge get me.
