Thank you scrapnnana and cbscrapper! I didn't know if I was posting too many or not. My approach for handling chronology is a little different, and I do use the Disney-esque papers, and so it's hard to know if they way I do it has any appeal.

artbabe , thank you for posting all those fun layouts! pennyscraps , I hope you post more of your layouts. Your style really appeals to me. I think everyone assumes that there is only one trendy style, but think the RefuPeas are more varied in how they scrapbook than it appears. I often get ideas and learn from styles that are different from mine, anyway. I can’t remember the last time I copied a layout, but there is almost always something that I like that I may end up adapting, or that will at least trigger an idea as to what I want to do with my photos. I am enjoying everyone’s Disney layouts! I am hoping to get back to working on my own. I have more done than what I’ve shown, but I’m not even done with our first day at Disney World yet, and I have five more Disney days to do after I finish with the first day. I obviously took too many photos, and/or we did too many fun things that deserve to be scrapbooked!

Okay, this is our first actual day, and we started at Epcot. The silver details are harder to see in the photo, but they show up better IRL. It’s the next page from my Disney album, and is a page that I had already completed, but I keep feeling like it needs something. Suggestions? Just FYI, I will probably add pages when this thread starts to lag (as well as when I get a new one done), since I’d like this to be an ongoing thread where everyone can add Disney pages to encourage those of us who have started a Disney album but haven’t finished. Ours was a once in a lifetime family reunion at Disney, so I probably have more pictures to scrap than most. I have a long way to go, but this page bothers me, since it feels like it needs something more.

Keep the Disney pages coming ladies! We are going in March 2022 with our kids and grandkids. I am marking this thread for inspiration!

I just added this LO to the August thread, and then noticed this Disney thread. Hope it’s ok if I put it here too. It was taken in Disneyland Paris in 2018, and is the first LO I have made from the trip, despite having hundreds of photos. My DD and her fiancée took me for four nights as a very special Mother’s Day gift. I adore these girls - they know exactly how to make me happy!

* pocket scrapbooked has entered the chat I just finished an insert for PL for our two Disney days in May. I’m not sure how to add a picture here the way you have, so I’m just linking to my Instagram. (gulp) http://instagram.com/p/CSNgjaEJjXl

pennyscraps love all your LOS. Do you know what sizes the photos are in your Day by Day LO? They are 3x4. Thank you so much! While I also create the same layout as the first two pages of every trip, I use 3x5 photos (or 2.75 x 4.75 if matting/bordering the perimeter of the 12x24 layout), bulleted lists, & 2-2.5" uppercase letters (dies or stamps) for my usual title "ITINERARY." ETA: ...I keep feeling like it needs something. Suggestions? Suggestions (that don't require removing existing/adhered elements): Left page - Cut at least 1" off of the left & right sides of the background/patterned paper to yield a wide vertical band containing the title & matted focal photo - Mount the band in the center of a sheet of 12x12 black cardstock or patterned paper that is a subtle tone on tone or reads like a black solid - Outline "Christmas Day" with a black pen to make it appear more substantial - Place green holly leaves under "Christmas Day" either straight or draped to resemble garland on a mantle Right page - Draw a straight vertical black line on the background paper down the middle of each of the two rows of elements to connect the journaling/photo & photo/diecut in each row & resemble vertical card hangers popular during the holidays - Embellish each drawn line with green holly leaves - Add a punched black Mickey head somewhere on this page Entire layout - Ink perimeter of the 12x24 layout (not each page) with black ink to define edges HTH & you enjoy this fun project!

cbscrapper Thanks! For the three tickets on the front - those are SC diecuts from a DK last year, and the two sentiment stamps are also from a SC DK, both are on the same 3x4 stamp set. I think from the same kit as the tickets, even. The “magical memories” stamp is masked - there’s an arching “capturing all the” that extends across the top that obviously wouldn’t have fit. The Mickey head is a balloon fill from KP’s old shop. It’s called “happy place”. ETA: The stamp set is from the High Five DK (January 2020).
