LOL. Our governor said no one can make any ordinances. St. Louis county instituted a mask mandate on Monday and immmediately, our state's attorney general filed a lawsuit. LOL And the city council voted to overturn it, but the county executive said he was enforcing it anyway. Good times. wow

It’s “suggested” in my county. I haven’t been out to see if any businesses are enforcing it. There are some small individually owned bakeries & boutiques that never got rid of the mask mandate.

My county is only 39% vaccinated, but we also have no active cases and are listed as low risk. Masks aren't required and you won't find anybody wearing them. I fully expect the Delta variant to hit ND and my small county at some point this coming Fall and Winter, but there is no way a mask mandate will ever be put back in place. It *might* if the hospitals get overwhelmed and the biggest hospital employers in most major cities complain openly again. That’s what it took last time. With the amount unvaxxed (especially in some counties) the likelihood of the hospitals getting overwhelmed again is higher here. Sadly 39% is actually comparatively decent, looking at some rural counties numbers here, especially in the more west you are. Our DS the ICU nurse just told us Sanford in Fargo is making plans to set their COVID unit back up.
