In honor of tomorrow being my annual celebratory "I'm so glad I'm still 29" day, I made my favorite, banana cake. I had to make it tonight because everyone on their special day should have a piece cake with their morning coffee. And now the recipe: 4 mashed bananas 1 stick butter softened 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup sour cream 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups flour Bake in a Bundt pan for 55 minutes at 350 Cream cheese frosting 1 brick of cream cheese softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons milk 3 cups powdered sugar Garnish with pecans!

An interesting recipe as well as a combination of products. I have always been afraid of the taste of bananas in pies, as I associate them with artificial flavors, but judging by your recipe, there shouldn't be such a feeling, and I was interested in it. It is also interesting in that I saw a similar type of recipe in an essay for pastry chefs on essaywritinghelp.pro and there is approximately a similar recipe but slightly altered proportions, and this is definitely intriguing I'm not sure what you're suggesting here but I'll respond anyway. Banana Cake is my favorite. I make it every year for my birthday. In my early days I tried out a bunch of different recipes and I tweaked and altered them until I was happy with them which resulted in this particular recipe which I've been making for several years now. I am not familiar with the essay website and I could not find whatever essay you're alluding to. I'm also unsure what other recipe you're looking at which you say is similar? I'm sure my recipe is similar to some recipes out there just as my scrapbook layouts are most likely similar to other scrapbookers. But there are only so many ingredients to use in a cake and so it would not surprise me if you did see similarities. If you can find the same exact recipe I stated above, I'll give credit even though I didn't use it to make my cake. I guess I don't know why else to say other than I don't take credit for someone else's work. That's not my MO. I also speak directly to my point instead of dancing around it so if you have an issue with my recipe, please speak up.

I made this cake today. Never thought of adding cinnamon to a banana cake.
Guess what is dessert tonight!
Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Certainly! Here's a delicious and simple recipe for a classic banana cake:
Ingredients: - 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda - ½ teaspoon salt - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened - 1 cup granulated sugar - 2 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 4 ripe bananas, mashed - ½ cup buttermilk - Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
i like it so much
