Has anyone tried the Sam's Club Halloween version of the Hot Cocoa Bombs? www.samsclub.com/p/halloween-milk-chocolate-cocoa-bomb-set-16pk/prod25810138I was thinking of getting some to use in few Halloween gift bags for some family members. There are no reviews so I'm curious if they taste okay. I missed out on the Costco and Target bombs last year. The price point looks good so I may give them a try.

We didn't like the Costco ones... They weren't chocolatey enough so we had to add some extra chocolate powder to them.

We were not impressed with the Costco ones, either. The grandkids lost interest after one or two.

You'd be better off making your own or ordering from a local person. These are always disappointing.

Interesting to hear reviews of the Costco ones. Now I’m glad I didn’t get lucky snd find some. I did buy the molds but never got around to making them last year. I need to add that to my to do list this year.

I'm wondering how tasty anything can be if it is in stores now (Aug 2) to be used around Oct 29-31?
They must have been made at least a month or so ago, with lots of preservatives, to allow for packaging and shipping and store display.

We thought the Costco ones were awful. They had no taste.

Plain chocolate is perfectly fine for 2 years, so a couple months is no biggie

We have a local chef who made thousands and thousands of them last year to sell, $8 each!!! She’d bring them into my friends shop, and as soon as they were posted, they’d sell out within 24 hrs!
I never got to try even one! Lol
Maybe this year…

So disappointed to hear the reviews on the Costco ones. They were on clearance a while back and I bought a pack for my kids, but they haven't used it yet. But luckily they don't like things too chocolately so I'm hoping they might like these.
