Opposite problem for me. I am one of only three people at my job who are vaccinated. Every one else has made it political and have refused. Do I have any recourse other than just masking myself?

Employers can make accommodations for people, who are either side of the vaccine, One if my siblings left their employer of 18 years because they wouldn’t keep all employees safe.

Not really. If your employer is following state guidelines, then there is nothing you can do...unless you want to look for another job

Unfortunately, your boss has to make the rules. It's a shame he won't protect his employees.
I'm so thankful for the company I work for. They have been so great during all of this. We are still WFH until at least January, and then will likely be hybrid moving forward.
