Big news? 3 million more tax documents found in co-conspirator's basement An attorney for Allen Weisselberg, the chief financial officer of the Trump Organization, said in court Monday that he believes more indictments are coming in the case. "We have strong reason to believe there could be other indictments coming," attorney Bryan Skarlatos said at a pre-trial hearing in New York State Supreme Court, according to a report from CNN. Asked about the pending indictments, CNN's Kara Scannell said: "There was no further elaboration on that point, and we don't know exactly who could be charged or how many people." *** "He said he just received today a manilla envelope that he held up in court with a bulge in it," Scannell reported. "And he said within that, he was told there were 3 million documents. He said these documents were found in a co-conspirator's basement, and they were tax documents. So certainly a lot more information getting transferred from prosecutors to the defendants." www.rawstory.com/trump-tax-fraud-2655064230/

I just don't understand what their problem is with Biden riding a bike. Was former ever viewed exercising, other the riding in a golf cart to the next time to hit the ball? After Biden was seen riding a bicycle in Delaware over the weekend, Fox News host Harris Faulkner asked Rachel Campos-Duffy to comment on the president's health. Campos-Duffy added: "I mean, just compare it to President Donald Trump, who worked these long, long hours and had impromptu hourlong pressers with the media."**" "Over the course of his presidency, Trump has visited a Trump-owned or branded property on three out of every 10 days," the report noted. The grift. Will it ever end? It is generational. Remember Sarah is running for governor... Familiar name, Huckabee? Arkansas ed department used COVID funds to buy books from a company founded by Mike Huckabee Meaghan Ellis, AlterNet September 21, 2021 The Arkansas Department of Education just completed a six-figure deal to purchase new books for schools. However, the type of funding they are using and the founder of the book company appears to create a conflict of interest. According to the Northwest Arkansas-Democrat Gazette, the department is set to spend $265,448 in books produced by the company, EverBright Media, founded by former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R). In 2020, the company initially received $245,300 to produce and distribute a booklet for kids titled "The Kids Guide to Coronavirus." At the time, Education Secretary Johnny Key announced the book at one of Gov. Asa Hutchinson's (R) daily COVID-19 briefings. Now, the department is spending the $265,000 to produce a revised version of it for the 2021-2022 school year. Funding for the books reportedly came from the "Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund, part of the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act." Huckabee's adviser Chad Gallagher issued a statement by email on behalf of EverBright and the former governor. The publication reports: "Huckabee is the co-founder of the company with Brad Saft, who is the CEO who oversees and runs the company. Gallagher said he serves Huckabee, Saft and EverBright as clients of his firm, Legacy Consulting." www.rawstory.com/mike-huckabee-books/

Charlottesville revisited...Some white supremacists participants paid?!? Some organizers of the infamous 2017 "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia — during which a neo-Nazi drove his car into a crowd of counterprotesters — appear to have been paid employees of white-supremacist groups funded by private donors.*** In one text message, Kline appears to describe a breakup that resulted from his involvement with white supremacist groups. In the message, he describes an upcoming, well-paid job with the white supremacist group Identity Evropa," the Daily Beast reported. "I'm about to double down in the movement harder than i already have," Kline wrote. "I asked her if she thought it was a good idea. She was excited. And now she wants out. It's too late for me to turn it down now. Half the reason I took the opportunity was because I knew I'd be able to support her with it. It's secret but I'm taking over IE [Identity Evropa] from nathan and I'm going to be paid from private donors some good money."Kline took over Identity Evropa from its founder, Nathan Damigo, two weeks after the rally. In another text message, notorious white supremacist Richard Spencer told Kline that "also, we're going to pay you."During the rally planning process, Kline also texted the event's main organizer, Jason Kessler that 'You and I should get used to speaking daily now. Now that this is my full time job I'll be much more available to you,'" the Daily Beast reported. "The Sines v. Kessler exhibits also include an Instagram post in which someone advocates killing protesters with a car."www.rawstory.com/charlottesville-neo-nazis/

They are even going nuts locally. MI. Legislature . Rep. Marino vowed to 'destroy' Rep. Manoogian in revealed text messages Dave Boucher Sept 21, 2021 Detroit Free Press Rep. Steve Marino vowed to destroy Rep. Mari Manoogian's life, berating her with obscenities and suggesting he hoped her car exploded on her way to work, according to text messages and other records recently filed in court. I'm making it my life mission to destroy you," Marino said to Manoogian in an undated text message, according to Ingham County court records. Look out Thanksgiving ... Lindell is loose again... On Tuesday, Lindell advised his fans that they would have to wait until the end of November for Trump's reinstatement. *** "This is the big announcement, everyone," Lindell told Real America's Voice host Steve Bannon. "I made a promise to this country that with all the evidence I have that we would get it to the Supreme Court and I predicted they would vote 9-0 to look at the evidence."This evidence is 100% non-subjective evidence and that the Supreme Court, they're going to vote 9-nothing to take it in," Lindell added. "We will have this before the Supreme Court before Thanksgiving. That's my promise to the people of this country. We're all in this together. We worked very hard on this."www.rawstory.com/mike-lindell-thanksgiving/

Masks are not just a supposed problem here!! Germany reacted with shock and outrage on Tuesday after a 20-year-old petrol station worker was shot dead by a customer angry about being asked to wear a mask while buying beer. The killing on Saturday evening in the western town of Idar-Oberstein is believed to be the first in Germany linked to the government's coronavirus rules. *** The row started when the cashier, a student, told the customer to put on a face mask, as required in all German shops. After a brief argument, the man left. The suspect returned about an hour and a half later, this time wearing a mask. But as he brought his six-pack of beer to the till, he took off his mask and another discussion ensued. "The perpetrator then pulled out a revolver and shot him straight in the head," prosecutor Kai Fuhrmann told reporters on Monday. www.rawstory.com/shock-in-germany-after-cashier-shot-in-mask-row/

Trump has filed lawsuit against NYT and niece Mary Trump over released bombshell tax reports.. It's been nearly a year since the New York Times published bombshell reports about former President Donald Trump's taxes -- and now Trump is suing the paper. The Daily Beast reports that Trump filed a lawsuit against the Times and his niece, Mary Trump, who apparently helped the publication secure key documents. The Trump lawsuit alleges that the newspaper engaged in an "insidious plot to obtain confidential and highly-sensitive records" and that it coerced Mary Trump to "smuggle records out of her attorney's office and turn them over to The Times." Mary Trump trashed her uncle after being told of the lawsuit and told The Daily Beast that he's "a f*cking loser." *** The Times investigation found that Trump lost staggering sums of money over periods of several years, as he made multiple poor investment decisions that drove him to bankruptcy, only to be rescued when NBC made him a reality TV star with the hit series "The Apprentice." In fact, Trump's losses were so bad that he didn't pay any income tax for ten of the last 15 years because he was losing so much more money than he was taking in. www.rawstory.com/trump-lawsuit-tax-returns/

I admit I didn’t read any of the stories/articles from trump’s niece. But I’m pretty sure they didn’t demand trump release his tax returns or any financial information. So I’m not sure if one can sue for this.
What amazes me with trump’s track record of not paying lawyers there are still some who will represent him in these frivolous lawsuits.

At which time they cancelled the medical insurance for Mary and her disabled brother.

Priscilla Giddings.... nice woman!!! GOP Rep Von Ehlinger has not yet been arrested Former representative from Lewiston has not commented and isn’t in custody following rape charge issued Sept. 10 By William L. Spence Of the Tribune Sep 22, 2021 Updated it's been almost two weeks since Aaron von Ehlinger was charged with rape, but the former Lewiston state representative still hasn’t been arrested or turned himself in. That’s about the only thing that’s clear at this point. The Ada County Prosecutor’s Office isn’t talking. It charged von Ehlinger with rape and sexual penetration with a foreign object on Sept. 10, following a nearly four-month investigation by the Boise Police Department and another two months of review by prosecutors. However, the office declined to comment on whether it’s actively looking for von Ehlinger. And it gave no comment on whether it has had any conversations with von Ehlinger or his lawyer since the arrest warrant was issued. lmtribune.com/northwest/von-ehlinger-has-not-yet-been-arrested/article_3acbbb29-0ead-59db-b340-dc27f7f326d6.html

Only the best for former. Only the best lawyer to file his lawsuit against the NYT and niece Mary!! Former president Donald Trump's newest attorney, Alina Habba, previously served as general counsel for a parking-garage company. Habba, who is part of a four-person firm with offices near Trump's Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club, this week filed a $100 million lawsuit on the former president's behalf, against the New York Times and his niece, Mary Trump. The Washington Post reported Thursday that Habba, "a low-profile attorney," does not list media law among her specialties. In addition to Bedminster, her Habba Madaio and Associates firm has offices in the same Manhattan building that houses Centerpark, the parking garage company where she once served as general counsel. "In recent months, court records show, Habba has represented a man suing a New Jersey nursing home for allegedly lax care during the coronavirus pandemic, and a student who sued the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut for not refunding tuition when classes went online-only," the Post reported. "Last month, she sued two Portuguese news outlets for allegedly libeling a New Jersey man by tying him to a far-right Portuguese political party." Habba says she has never worked for Trump before, and her ties to the former president remain unclear, but she doesn't appear to have contributed money to his campaigns. However, she did represent a Trump-loving former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" contestant in a dispute with Facebook that was featured on right-wing outlet Newsmax. The Post notes that Habba's lawsuit against the NYT and Mary Trump "reads, at times, like a missive from Trump himself." "It has his vitriol against the news media, accusing the reporters and Mary Trump of 'maliciously conspiring against' Trump to further 'political vendettas.' It indulges his tendency for self-praise — describing Trump's 'public service to our great country.' And it had his love for huge numbers, in its estimation that the Times's story and Mary Trump's book had caused harm to Trump totaling 'no less than One Hundred Million Dollars.' The suit does not explain how Trump came up with that number." Habba is also defending Trump in a defamation suit brought by a former "Apprentice" contestant. In that case, she replaced one of Trump's best-known attorneys, Marc Kasowitz. www.rawstory.com/alina-habba/

Big news from Rep Jason Smith from Missouri.... Read it carefully!!! During an appearance on C-SPAN's Washington Journal program, Smith complained about the size of Biden's budget. *** "If they pass this reconciliation bill of $4.3 trillion, if you just talk about the new spending that they've passed in the last 18 months, in order to pay just for the new spending, that's not counting to fund government, the new spending since they've been in power in the last 18 months if they enact this, you couldn't -- it would take the entire taxpayer annual wages of all Americans," Smith explained. And yes, he really said it!! Rep. Jason Smith (R-MO) on Thursday accused President Joe Biden and Democrats of overspending taxpayer money for the last 18 months even though Republicans controlled the White House until 7 months ago. www.rawstory.com/jason-smith-joe-biden/

Despite the obvious time discrepancy, she wrote: "The U.S. murder rate under Joe Biden..."*** From the White House podium in August 2020, I warned Defund would result in rising crime. Sadly, I was right. Biden you enabled this," she wrote. "Defund, Democrat mayors, you own this!"www.rawstory.com/kayleigh-mcenany-crime/

Dumb as a door post and getting worse. Cannot will not learn!! Donald Trump Jr. gets blown up in barbed exchange with Ana Navarro Ray Hartmann September 26, 2021 Glass-house resident Donald Trump Jr. learned an important lesson over the weekend. You don't tug on Superman's cape, you don't spit into the wind, you don't pull the mask off the old Lone Ranger, and you don't mess around with Ana Navarro. Trump Jr. had lamely attempted to slur the commentator Friday after Navarro and co-host Sunny Hostin, who are both fully vaccinated, tested positive for COVID-19 just moments before Vice President Kamala Harris was to join them on set. Trump Jr. tweeted: "Given the Ana Navarro news, I think it's time for a national conversation about the dangers of Covid-19 & obesity." Navarro, destroyed him Saturday with this: "I don't have COVID. Fortunately for you, if you want to have a conversation about the effects of obesity on people with COVID, your dad is a phone call away…assuming he answers your calls. Or just ask your sister to call him for you." That triple-bank shot should have reminded Trump Jr. of Navarro's far superior command of the language. But in case his memory is failing -- for whatever reason -- this is just the latest in a long line of memorable zingers Navarro has delivered at his expense. www.rawstory.com/ana-navarro/
