@bergdorfblonde texted me earlier, she took him to urgent care at Moffitt bc his knee is hot and very painful. They have been waiting an incredibly long time - there is a 5 hour delay. He’s had enough and wants to leave but she is holding firm waiting to get him checked out.

You must be incredibly busyyyyy ( AND excited, of course! ) You are such a dear, sweet friend to bergdorf and her hubby !!! (( hugs )) Ugh, I just HATE that they're having to wait in a scary, crowded ER when he may have a very serious infection. |

So it’s been 8 hours! At least! 🤦🏻♀️ EIGHT hours so far ? I hope the triage nurse is checking his temps and oxygen sats...BUT, they're probably wayyy too busy. He is already VERY sick, and his knee is red and warm? He could have cellulitis, sepsis, etc. They probably don't even have a regular hospital bed for him *IF* he needs it for his knee. I hate thinking of them there in the ER this long. How much more stress can they take? |
