I do the same thing!! My style isn't too far off from Shimelle's, but not quite as much of using All.The.Things that she does sometimes. I went ahead and joined Simple Scrapper for a month to try out. Seems like they have Zoom crops daily, at different times each day. I like that! I wanted to see what you thought of Simple Scrapper? I’ve been listening to the podcast recently and was thinking of joining. Simple Scrapper has a ton of content! It's VERY story/journaling heavy, which is not the type of scrapbooker I am, so I felt a lot of the resources were wasted on me. They do have an active Zoom crop community, but the sessions are often just for 1-2 hours at a time which didn't align with what I was looking for. I ended up dropping the membership after only 1 month as it wasn't the right fit for me. I'm still on the lookout for my unicorn "solution". I think my problem is I don't work and I don't have kids, so I have a lot of "free" time to do as I choose. I choose to scrapbook and sometimes I would like some company.

I'm still on the lookout for my unicorn "solution". Same, I've yet to find the right thing for me. I dropped VM and Awesome Ladies Project. I stopped VM because I just wasn't using her stuff and my style of scrapbooking isn't like hers (even though I love what she does). I dropped the ALP because all the zooms and such were usually during meal times or meal time prep so they never worked out. I've noticed that with almost all the memberships, they all seem to be East Coast or Central time zone and they times of their stuff never works for me being on the West coast. Plus I haven't found anyone who's style aligns with mine except for maybe Heba but I don't want to pay $7/month for extra youtube videos and having her answer her subscriber comments first. I need a semi-simple, non-fussy West Coast scrapper who's voice isn't annoying to make a Patreon or something. LOL

I don't follow any craft patreon. I considered Dearly Dee's but my style is more minimal. This did remind me to cancel a patreon for a local kids band. My daughter isn't interested anymore.

Janet with RTS is my only Patreon membership.
When I’m looking for new makers, I just do a few searches on YouTube. I found some fun new content under “December Daily 2021”. I also search “scrapbook process” and “project life (current year). I’ve discovered quite a few new ladies.

I belong to the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine VIP Village. Great value. Lots of info, classes, inspiration and an all day zoom once a month. I’ve just unsubbed from VM - wasn’t getting the value and Susie Fish as the printable are not my thing. I love what both these Scrapbooker do and will continue to watch them in the future.

Any Simple Scrapper subscribers here? I'm considering joining to provide structure around some big projects I've been procrastinating on.
The promotion week in November had a lot of podcast content - is that the majority of her content? Podcasts put me to sleep. I see she does transcripts, which helps, but if it's mostly podcasts and Zoom crops while I'm at work, not sure it will work for me.

Someone mentioned either in this thread or another that there's tons of content on the website along with weekly zooms and other stuff. They also said it's very journaling-driven so if you want to get your story down then it's the membership for you.

I’ve also been curious about Simple Scrapper and would like to know more.
