She is also a great dancer (runner-up on DWTS at 16, youngest to compete) She can sing and even swing on a trapeze (Greatest Showman). And her personality is adorable. So much unfairness in the world.  |

I really remember her from 2015 when a host from Fashion Police said her hair smelled like weed (or something to that effect). I remember seeing pictures of Zendaya and thinking she was absolutely striking. She has just gotten more beautiful since then.

Zendaya is gorgeous, but not a fan of the dress itself. I’ve never heard of either of them. She looks amazing. Very cool dress. But who is TC? That’s his name? Eta: I just read up thread he is the actor in little women (one of the few movies I actually saw!) Timothée Chalamet was also in Lady Bird and the King, and looks like he has the lead role in the upcoming Dune movies. |

He was also in Call Me By Your Name. IMO he's an excellent actor. Sorry for the initials (TC). I was unsure of the spelling of his name when I posted from my phone yesterday and was too lazy to look it up  seasidemermaid, thank you for adding the accent to his first name! |

She is just gorgeous. And really talented, to boot.
My 15 year-old DD loves Timothée Chalamet, as do many of her friends. I get it. Teenage boys can be a tough lot sometimes. Chalamet is handsome, but also seems nice, open-minded and nonthreatening. I think they like Harry Styles for the same reason.

The only time I have seen much of her was "Dancing with the Stars". I know that was a while ago, but she seemed to be very well grounded and nice young woman all around.

Who is he? My 18yo son doesn’t know, either, so I don’t feel totally out of it, but still… I believe it is Timothee Chalamet. He played Laurie in the recent Little Women remake. And they are both starring in the newest film version of Dune which comes out next month (I can’t wait!!! I’m even re-reading Dune for the first time in 30 years). Which is probably why they appeared together on the red carpet and also the look/leather of her dress. |

She's stunning, and amazing in it. I love how the whole thing is styled..except for her hair. If only they did a side part, that large middle part is distracting to me.

I don't watch a lot of movies so I only know her from DWTS. I loved her on that. She is so stunningly beautiful and just seemed so nice. I had no idea who he was until someone else asked.

ETA: I just asked Siri and was told that both TC and Zendaya are 5’10” tall. He’s taller than average and for this 5’3.5” talll woman, he’s plenty tall (though a little “cute and wholesome” looking) for my taste 😁 If they are both 5'10" and they both appear to be the same height in that picture, and she is wearing what, at least 5 in heels... Picture him bald and she's much taller. He just has big hair. |

The ruching and color of her dress (along with the drape and fit) totally make it work for me. And I'm not typically a fan of clothing that is so close in color to the wearer's skin tone.  |

The close up photo seems to highlight the stiffness of the leather. It’s standing up a good inch away from her shoulder and her left boob is not filling the molded top. That reminds me of some of my really padded bras that no longer fit (too big). They still look fabulous under clothing but I’m not quite filling them out in real life. Still not taking anything away from Zendaya. I just think there’s a bit of smoke and mirrors to that dress, even as it looks like it’s stuck to her. |

I've never known a vegetarian or someone following a WFPB diet to object to wearing leather shoes, belts, purses, wallets or clothes or sit on leather chairs or couches or own a car with leather upholstery.  A friend's DD(29) has been vegetarian since she was 12. She studied fashion design and her final project was the most gorgeous fitted leather jacket I've ever seen. She designs for a very high end outwear company whose signature products use down. Vegans won't do any of the above. |

Not the ones I know?! depends on the reasoning behind the way of eating / lifestyle- ethical reasons vs. better health reasons. eta: as for the hairstyle and cut of the dress, were they going for the 'wet look' with the hairstyle and fitted look of the dress? is that why her hair is slicked down so tight to her head? That, to me, is more objectionable (personally) than the center part; I'm not a fan of a center part, but even less so of the 'wet look' hairstyles. |
