The thing is, they tried to walk away. Witnesses said this woman followed them around the store. You know, I can’t figure out how she didn’t know that this was going to end badly for her. I give them credit for filming her, but I could never have been that patient. People seem to have lost all civility and common sense. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve punched someone since I was a kid but I would’ve been hard pressed not to punch this ignorant bitch. |

Unfortunately, IMO, there is a STRONG evangelical bent to a good portion of USAFA cadets. Focus on the Family headquarters are just outside of the South Gate of USAFA. FOF members “sponsor” cadets, regularly having their sponsoree over, take him/her to church, take them to religious meetings, etc. FOF has events where cadets are invited. There have been opinion pieces written over the years about the danger of allowing one of the largest evangelical churches and political lobbying groups have a foothold in a military academy that trains America’s future military leaders. I am completely NOT surprised that she is a USAFA grad. I defer to your knowledge about the academy - but you need a ton of science classes to study engineering and I'm not actually sure she's a grad - she listed it as a place she of studied, but listed a BA degree from CU Boulder. You'd have to look long and hard to find a more liberal place than Boulder. According to this LINK her BA was in Journalism. It doesn't mention anything about being a lawyer. She was an accounts executive at SAP. |

Hero? She didn’t accidentally cough or sneeze she wasn’t overcome by a coughing fit. She didn’t have a physical medical issue. She purposefully cough on/at people. You have to be a "LION!" for your beliefs. That's a saying they're using a lot lately - Be a LION not a SHEEP. Meanwhile a huge number of the social misfits seem to be right-wing evangelicals who proudly call themselves the SHEEP of the GOOD SHEPHERD. So, I guess being a SHEEP is alright as long as you're the right kind of SHEEP. |
