The revised list was sent this morning...please delete the old doc to avoid any confusion. The labels doc will be sent as soon as I receive it. Thank you for your patience!

I just sent the list to all participants. Please make sure to check in the correct email you used to sign up with, including junk and/or spam because apparently the email gods don't like me sending emails to multiple participants. If you still can't find it, please send me a PM here. Thanks!

Sign ups are closed. I’ll post again when info goes out next week! I need to double check participants one more time, but I believe we are at 49. Next year let’s cap this at 50, it’s a nice round number, yes?

Hello Peas!
We're ready to begin sign ups for this year's Holiday Card Exchange, hurray!
This year's info is the same as last year. This is the LINK to last year's thread if you feel like reading all 16 pages.
2 PEAS HOLIDAY CARD EXCHANGE (limited to 60 participants)
* As of September 28 there are 29 peas signed up (will update this number weekly and/or when the exchange is full)
* Sign ups will close around October 15 and info sent to participants by the middle of the following week.
Please note that my involvement in our holiday card exchange is limited ONLY to collecting and organizing addresses and providing them to PEA participants. I’ll check to be sure that those who join in are still active members as well as not brand-new PEA members, nothing more. If there are concerns, they will be posted to this thread for us to decide on as a group. Beyond that, you are agreeing to participate in an unmoderated activity.
This is the Holiday Card Exchange information that was decided upon last year:
1. You may use the name and address that you’re comfortable sharing. PEA name only? OK! Dog’s name? OK! PO Box? OK!
2. The type of card you send (handmade, store bought, photo, postcard) is entirely up to you. The purpose of the card exchange is simply to spread good cheer, warmth, and light!
3. Please send to as many PEAS as you are able to. Please note that you may receive more or less cards than you send out. The JOY we experience by sharing well-wishes with our fellow peas is the main purpose of the card exchange.
4. Please do everything in your power to mail your international cards by December 1. Domestic by December 10.

*** On a personal note, as offered last year, if you're an international pea and would like to have me send your cards to those in the US, please contact me privately via PM (not email, not on the board) to set things up. I'm happy to help!
