Anyone have baby items still in regular use even though your kids are all grown up?
For us it is baby washcloths/towels for cleaning and wiping up spills; "First Years" colorful plastic bowls that are just the right size for snacking; and a baby gate that we put against our closed bedroom door to keep our lurking cats from darting in every time we come out!
Can't think of anything else we use but we do have stuff stored down in the basement... Not sure what we are saving it for, grandchildren maybe?

We were using baby spoons for pudding and apple sauce until the kids lost them all. Last year I bought appetizer spoons (which are basically baby spoons). My kids are 11 and 16.

We used to use cloth diapers as burp cloths. Several of those are still around as dust cloths!

My youngest is only three but I'm pretty sure we will keep baby washcloths around because they are such a handy size. Specifically I really like the Cloud Island brand from Target.
I also like my old Boppy pillow for back support if I want to sit up in bed. I have a damask print cover that doesn't scream "baby" as much as some of the others.

I saw a post from a woman on a crochet group that I belong to who uses a breast feeding pillow to rest her arms while working on a project. Pretty clever!

We still buy cases of baby wipes from Costco even though my kid has been out of diapers for almost a decade. We keep a pack in every vehicle, use them to wash hands in my sink-less basement studio and I keep a pack on hand to clean up my little dog when she gets poopybutt on occasion.
My DD still uses her Babee Tenda feeding table that was her high chair. It has a removable solid top and height adjustable legs so she can still use it as a little rolling desk. I sometimes use it to take flatlay photos of my cookies because it’s portable so I can wheel it to the place in the house with the best natural light. I kept the seat and footrest pieces (they are removable) in a closet so that decades from now if she ever has a kid herself it can be used as a high chair again. The company went out of business a few years ago despite having zero recalls in over 70 years, so I’m hanging onto the one we have since they’re hard to come by now.
She also still uses Aveeno Baby Wash because it doesn’t make her break out in a rash.
I actually bought a new baby gate to keep my dogs out of the kitchen when I’m baking.

Since my babies are now 23 and 21, I just turned my boppy pillow into a cat bed.
I got a fuzzy jacket that the cats love and put it the "arms" of the pillow through the sleeves and bunched up the fabric in the center. All 3 cats love it.
I also still use their small step stool they used when brushing their teeth as a step to get into bed. The thick mattresses are not designed for short people.

Our kids' little reading chair from Pottery Barn is now the princess pooch's throne. Like littlemama, we do the diapers-as-dust-rags thing too.

My daughter is 7, so not quite grown up...but grown out of baby stuff! I still carry baby wipes on outings, b/c they're great for wiping up muddy hands or sticky spills. I use the Boppy pillow on my lap while I'm sitting on the couch cross stitching. It's more comfortable than a lap desk and I keep my pattern propped up on it as I stitch. We use her old baby spoons for scooping out cat food for the cat. Those tiny spoons are just the right size for getting into a cat food can, lol. And the cat has claimed one of her old baby blankets, so we put it on his favorite chair, and that's where he sleeps most nights!

Ds20 still uses his plastic cups from his baby days. I have asked repeatedly to toss them and the look on his face is utter horror. As soon as he has a place of his own I'm making him take them.
For some reason Dh likes the rubber coated baby spoons to eat yoghurt.
Ds also prefers his baby hangers to regular sized hangers. He just gave those up because his cousin, who lives in Alaska, begged him for them as she can't seem to get any up there without it costing an arm and a leg. He packed them up in a priority mail box and sent them all to her. You would think he sent her diamond rings she was so excited.
Ds took at least three of his baby blankets, that people made for him, with him to college. The one he left at home he begs me to fix.
He's a bit sentimental. 😆

We still have the wagon. It’s been a beach wagon, a grocery wagon, a gardening wagon, and a transport for our old arthritic dog. It’s one of our best purchases.
We kept the Pottery Barn table and chairs. We have one of the chairs in our closet and I’ll use it as a step stool. I still buy wipes and we have some small plastic bowls from Ikea that are great for snacks. I have a shelf of books that I use for a reading buddy program with our Labrador.

My kids are 30, 30, 23 and 16. My DGSs are 10, 5 and 2 and we have them at our house several times a week. I feel like we will be in kid/baby zone for many years to come. We always have: old cloth diapers for dust rags First Years bowls for snacking WIPES-in every car, stashed here and there, etc. Wipes are the handiest thing on earth. This portable high chair applesauce pouches-it seems nobody eats applesauce from a regular container anymore baby gate to keep the dogs from going upstairs apple juice-such a grandma thing but my supply of apple juice is never ending

We never had kids, but baby wipes and baby wipe holders are in use in our house and cars. This holder is great! Was the Marpac sound machine originally made for babies? That’s on 24/7 here. I have a small bottle of Johnson’s Shampoo I use with eye infections.

I used cloth diapers as burp cloths. The baby is now 24 and those burp cloths are still being used for cleaning. They hold up better than any towel I've ever purchased.

My youngest is 13 so not much left.. we used all those things you listed pretty much, washclothes/towels went to the rag stage. Bowls for misc things.
One odd item I have and we have used it FOREVER.. is one of the railings from a crib. The crib was a hand-me down and we tossed it when our youngest grew out of it. For whatever reason after tearing it apart I kept one side railing thinking it would be useful for something. I have used the hell out of it.
A garage sale rack to hang purses, scarves on. A baby (dog) gate.. instead of attaching to the wall we just lean it against the wall. None of our dogs over the years have never figured it out if they just nudged it with their nose it would fall.. Even our St. Bernard... in fact, he is more scared of it than anything. It's been the best weird thing we have. lol
Edited to add.. baby wipes. DH uses them for cleaning in-between showers. He can't always get to a shower when he is driving his truck. So that is how he keeps clean. He can't stand being dirty so these have been a life saver. (Forget the dude wipes.. they are 10 times more expensive, and you get less of them and basically the same thing.. lol)

When my DD was about 22 and still in college I got her a real cute plastic Easter Bunny sippy cup with her Easter basket (so she could drink wine from it).
She said her roommate's mom got her roommate the same thing!
Brilliant minds think alike lol!
And now I get her cute sippy cups from places we travel to...she has way too many coffee cups that I have bought her.

In addition to the ones already said we still use several things from our cloth diapering days. Wet bags always travel with us for swimsuits and other things that need separated. I also keep one in the car loaded with old burp clothes for when I have a sick child in the car. We never removed the diaper sprayer from the kids bathroom either. Let me tell you how handy that thing is to spray off blankets, clothes, etc when you have a stomach bug go through the house 😉.

I still use that little plastic cage that goes in the dishwasher because it’s perfect for water bottle lids and small reusable containers and lids. And juice pouches, although I can’t seem to find Honest juice anymore which was everyone’s favorite.

Toddler plastic snack bowls are the best size for an adult snack, because it forces you to utilize portion control. We use those. Also, my dh's cloth diapers from long ago are so soft and they make great dust cloths.

We used any sort of baby linens as rags until they pretty much just disintegrated over time. Washcloths, towels, blankets, burp cloths, etc. We still have our youngest's "diaper" bag stashed in the closet with our luggage because it has nothing on it to indicate that it was meant to be a diaper bag at all, and it's a really nice backpack for day trips, so we still use it for that. It came with a changing pad and a reusable pocket for wipes, both of which are long gone, but beyond that, it just looks like any old bag. It's like a dark slate color, and it does have 2 insulated side pockets that were meant for baby bottle, but water bottles fit perfectly there, too, so the kids have even taken it on school trips over the years.

DD is 33 and we still have her little red wagon in the garage. It gets used to haul things around all the time. We also have one of her bunny step stools that FIL made for her (she took the one with her name on it) that I keep in a closet to reach the shelves. It's two steps with sides shaped like the profile of a rabbit. The ears go up high enough to use as a hand hold for little ones and keep them from tumbling off the side. FIL made things to last forever and these will hold DH at 250 lbs!

Someone gave me as a gift EarthMama's Nipple Butter when my DS (now 8) was born. I didn't use it much for my nipples, but we're still working our way through that little container. Every time he gets a scratch or a skin mark from an accident, I get out the 'apple butter' - that's what I call it for him - and slather it on. The mark is usually gone within 8-12 hours.
He can also sometimes still be a picky eater so with a few meals I still use the divided toddler plates so his food doesn't touch.

I use a baby monitor to hear our septic system alarm. The alarm let’s us know if there is a problem with our aerator, which can lead to a ruined motor if allowed to continue too long. Unfortunately, the alarm is located in a remote area of the basement, and none of us can hear it from the main living areas. The baby monitor is a tiny fraction of the cost to redo the wiring to move the alarm.
We also keep baby wipes around to take on trips, and DH keeps some in his vehicle to use when he is on construction sites.
