I'm guessing maybe a peach... or another blue?
Any guesses?

I will always want a true RED! Regardless, I'll buy whatever it is to keep my collection complete! LOL! :-)

Does anyone know how long they're going to keep coming out with new colours for? Is this a permanent thing, a new colour quarterly?
I'm hoping for a true red, as well.

I'm still hoping for a nice plum-y wine color, or true warm yellow (not mustard!) A warm greige would also be nice

I will always want a true RED! Yes please! But we may not get it from Tim. He tends like the muddier colours.

I'm pretty sure somewhere, sometime he said there would be a total of 12 new additions (for the time being anyway). I agree that a TRUE RED is not likely, but a girl can dream, right? :-)

It would be a good time to release a Christmas color, tons of people would buy it (besides the tons of people who will buy it all regardless). Pretty sure he told everyone campaigning for Shimelle Peach that it wasn't happening in this round of planned releases. Which might mean not in the next ~2 years if he's doing 12 new colors at 4 colors a year.

Every time I hope it will be a rich scarlet, and every time I have been disappointed. Maybe this time?

I'm pretty sure somewhere, sometime he said there would be a total of 12 new additions (for the time being anyway) Either when the first new color released last year or when they announced there were going to be new colors, I distinctly remember Tim saying that Ranger agreed to 12 new colors. At that time, he also said that they were supposed to all be released by the end of 2021. There’s no way that they’re keeping that deadline now unless they do a massive release of the last 6 colors and I surely don’t see that happening. I wish I could find the video where he said it, but I even wrote it down in my crafting notebook when I was listening to it, so I know it isn’t my memory being wacky. Maybe they hit a snag and it delayed things, who knows? I really don’t know what color I’m hoping for the most. I’ll buy them all because I have all the colors and I have massive Full Set Syndrome. I have cubes of all the regular Distress Inks, but opted for the full sized pad of the newer colors so that I could get them right away. My cubes never had much ink at all, so I desperately need to buy re-inkers for all of them. I have a couple 20% total purchase coupons from Ranger plus enough reward points to deduct $10, but the system won’t let me combine my rewards and a coupon.

It sounds like Shimelle is still hoping for her peach so I must've misunderstood what she said months ago about it not happening. I'm curious if the colors have any relationship to the current "season" or not - I think if the new color isn't Christmasy we can assume that they aren't. Thinking that if they were planning a faster roll out that might've messed with any coordination between the colors and the timings of their releases. Idk. When so much info is shared in long live videos it's hard to keep track of what was said.

I agree with the plum, new purple mentions above. Buttery yellow would be nice too. Fingers crossed!

I'm guessing a greenish or bluish grey. No way will he do a true red or peach. He's already said that he's releasing colors that he likes and feels are missing from the palette. Although Iced Spruce and Weathered Wood are already there, I'm sure he will find room for another blue or green or grey.

I pre-ordered both distress and oxide ink pads since I was ordering something else. Hope I like the color!

Although Iced Spruce and Weathered Wood are already there, I'm sure he will find room for another blue or green or grey. He's said several times he's not filling in gaps. (But he kind of is since any new color wasn't there before, right? ) He's done a pink, red-orange, green, very light blue-green, blue-green and blue this year. So maybe we're done with blues and greens? Weathered wood has a bit of green undertone, so maybe a gray like you said. I've said peach since the beginning, and have been wrong every time, so won't do that.
