Yes frozen grapes have always been a thing in this house. But AussieMeg have you ever shaken them in different jello powders right before freezing them. That’s a treat!

Tried them for the first time at age 17. Have been eating them ever since. Love them on those hot, hot days in the summer. Yum!

I've never been a big fan of grapes. I only like them roasted.

I love frozen grapes. The best snack ever! Most people just shake their head at me, so it’s nice finding a kindred spirit!

I choked on an unfrozen grape last year, while working from home. Thank God ds was home and is cpr/first aid certified because he had to perform the Heimlich maneuver on me. So, in short, I have not had frozen grapes since I was a child and I wont have them now! Also, just a PSA, when I was choking, I was able to speak and breathe, although it was difficult. It had to do with where the grape was lodged, but that was not going to resolve itself without outside intervention. So, contrary to popular belief, it is possible to be choking and be able to breathe! Quick PSA..you can use the back of a chair or a counter edge, IF you are alone with no other help. You do have to be forceful!!

Two summers ago I got a bulk deal on organic green grapes. I recruited the kids to pop them off their clusters and the ones we didn't eat that day went into the freezer. My youngest wasn't a fan but my eldest liked them.

Never, not even when we lived in hot countries. In the UK in October, the very thought makes me shiver - haha! Maybe I'll try them if we ever get to go on a beach holiday again.

I’ve had them that way but I don’t like the texture if they end up thawing out. I’d rather just eat them cold out of the fridge. I only like frozen fruit if it’s going into a smoothie, a pie or something similar where it doesn’t matter that the texture is different from eating the thing fresh.

Yes, we used to do it as kids because my mom wouldn't buy popsicles. As an adult I freeze random fruits to add to alcoholic beverages, typically sangria, in place of ice cubes.

I didn't grow eating frozen grapes, but my MIL found out about them and told us. So we tried it and LOVED them. What a fun treat on a hot summer day. Our kids love them too. We usually use the red grapes.

I’ve tried them, but I don’t like them. I have texture issues with food, and couldn’t eat the frozen grapes because of it. My youngest son loves them, though.

nope, I've never tried frozen grapes... and probably won't- sorry. I don't like biting / chewing things that are frozen, so it doesn't sound appealing to me at all. I even let my ice cream get half-melted before I eat it, lol.
I do freeze cherries occasionally if they're on a good special- but I'm probably weird, in that I like them to get thawed out so they're just really, really cold when I eat them.

I like them in the summer, especially in place of ice cubes in wine or spritzer.

Yes! I started doing this a couple of summers ago. I don’t have AC and they are so refreshing in the summer when it’s hot out. I buy a lot when they go on sale and throw them into bags and into the freezer. Several friends have started doing the same thing after hearing me rave about them.

You must try putting them in dry sugar free jello. Put them in a big ziploc, slightly damp and dump the jello in and shake, then freeze. They taste like a sweet tart candy.

We ate frozen grapes as kids, and fed them to my older kids as well. I like them a little mushy not rock hard.
