My beloved cat passed away a few days ago. She was with me from the day she was born, over 15 years. I'm feeling so sad and lost.  I affectionately called her "my nosy room-mate". I've mentioned her several times in posts here. Every time I sat down to scrapbook.....she had to investigate, plop down in the middle of it all, has tried to help herself to something on my table more times than I can count. Scrapbooking isn't going to be the same without her in my business. |

I'm so sorry for your loss. I certainly understand what it's like to have a little kitty helper, and I can imagine your scrappy space will feel very empty without her.

I'm so sorry to hear about your furry little scrapping companion. It's amazing how much they fill up our lives.
My best cat ever Buster passed on a few years ago and I miss him everyday. You had many years to enjoy her companionship
and I'm sure she treasured you as much as you did her. A big hug to you.

Heartfelt condolences. Pets are family members, period. I hope you can find a way to enjoy scrapbooking again as time goes by and helps to heal the wound although I don't doubt the scar of losing your sweet baby will always be there. Take good care of yourself right now. *hugs from far away*

Hugs to you. Everyone has a different timeline for grieving and when a new fur friend should be added to the family. I am one of those people that needs a new friend in the house to help them grieve the old friend. Your kitty was lucky to have you as well and I hope you'll gift a new friend the love you have for animals. Create a page of your girl and journal it all out. Keep the writing hidden if you need to.

I am so sorry. After my Kit and then Walter passed away it took me about a month to even set foot in my scrapbook room because they were my constant companions in there. Their absence was just too much.
Losing a beloved family member and friend is so difficult. I am sorry for your loss n

It is sad to lose a pet of any kind. The saddest time is taking them to the Vet and having to come home alone.
