Not sure what he'll do. Announcing for 2024 would kind of require that he at least acknowledge that Biden is currently president and require him to look forward. He's not ready to let go of the 2020 election. If he can somehow spin the big lie into an announcement, maybe. I wish the media would not attend his press conference or give him any oxygen, but that's just wishful thinking. So apparently dumpster don thinks he is more then an ordinary citizen because he was once president. And because of that he was granted “special authority “ to make determinations regarding disclosure of records & communication while he was in office.
Its this argument that he is presenting to the Supreme Court
If the Supreme Court buys this load of crap then this country is doomed because no President current or former are above the law. The records the Select Committee are requesting do not involve any sort of National Security or releasing state secrets to our enemies. All the records have to do with what happened leading up to and on January 6 when a group of citizens tried to overthrow a legal election therefore overthrowing the government.
