The genius here is claiming that the AG of New York is suing his daddy and that is unconstitutional. Problem is The AG is not suing trump but investigating potential fraud in his business. And in fact dumpster don is suing the AG to stop her investigation into his business.

Jamie Raskin throws Jim Jordan's words from Benghazi back in his face for Jan. 6 investigation Sarah K. Burris January 10, 2022 Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) was complying with requests from the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack until former President Donald Trump told him to stop, Punchbowl News reported Monday. But Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), a member of the committee, told Jordan that he should refer back to his own words during one of the many Benghazi hearings his party held last decade. "To answer Jim Jordan, I would quote Jim Jordan from the views that he expressed in the final Benghazi report, where he said that all of the truth must come out," said Raskin. "Everybody needs to testify, and nobody's got the right to hide anything from Congress. So, I think he had it right then. Jim Jordan, more than anybody else, knows what dogged, aggressive investigation is about, even when he's on a wild goose chase, he demands all the information he wants, and we're not on that. We are on the central investigative mission certainly of this decade, if not this century, to get to the bottom of this terrible political crime that was incited and to a substantial extent organized by Donald Trump." "Article I of the Constitution gives each House of Congress the right to set the rules of its own proceedings," Raskin explained. "We are also -- have disciplinary power over members, including the power of censure, admonishment, all the way to expulsion from the body and the speech and debate clause says members of Congress should not be questioned for their legislative work and judgments outside of congress, clearly implying they can be questioned inside of Congress. And, of course, that's a habitual occurrence with the Ethics Committee where we call people all the time so there's nothing remotely extraordinary about the idea that we can call and demand the presence of members." He went on to say that the implication that the investigation isn't legitimate "was soundly, thoroughly repudiated by the D.C. Circuit." If Congress doesn't have the power to research the attack on Congress "then there are no legitimate legislative purposes. So, we've got to put that lie to bed immediately." www.rawstory.com/jamie-raskin-warns-jim-jordan/Jamie Raskin is just the best. I hope that they put a lot of pressure on Jordan. I'm not a fan of many of the Senators and Representatives, even Democrats. So maybe this isn't saying a lot, but Jamie Raskin is definitely on my top 5 favorite list. Every time he speaks, he's well spoken with well thought out, solid points. Raphael Warnock is another excellent speaker. I love him for his passion on voting rights. His maiden speech as a Senator was excellent and impressive. Katie Porter is another favorite with her white boards. Chris Murphy, a senator from CT, copied a page out of her playbook and delivered an excellent speech on the American Rescue Plan with a white board. He also delivered an impressive condemnation of Republican anti-abortion colleagues after the recent shooting in Michigan. thehill.com/homenews/senate/583725-murphy-knocks-anti-abortion-lawmakers-following-michigan-school-shootingAs a side note, I don't understand how the Hill earned a neutral media rating. Almost every article that I've seen seems to have a conservative slant.

Tonight Rachel talked about trump’s lawyers have met the Fulton County DA’s office in Georgia.
Here is dumpster don’s statement Rachel is talking about. That she thinks is bit more unhinged then usual. Maybe he feels the walls are finally closing in on him.
Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America 12/18/21
All the Democrats want to do is put people in jail. They are vicious, violent, and Radical Left thugs. They are destroying people’s lives, which is the only thing they are good at. They couldn’t get out of Afghanistan without disgracing our Country. The economy and inflation are a disaster. They’re letting thugs and murderers into our Country—their DA’s, AG’s, and Dem Law Enforcement are out of control. This is what happens in communist countries and dictatorships, and they don’t think they’ll be held accountable for rigging the 2020 Presidential Election. The Jan. 6 Unselect Committee is a coverup for what took place on November 3rd, and the people of our Country won’t stand for it.

Does in not occur to him that she campaigned to sue hi s father and his family because they're corrupt and probably guilty of fraud and tax evasion? And everyone can see that and knows he's a cheat and a liar.

I know she's investigating his business. In my opinion, Eric and all of the evil Trump spawn are entitled brats who think they're above the law because of their last name. He just seems unable to grasp the concept that all of them and the company have to follow the law. I also think they surrounded themselves with ass kissers, so the idea that people, especially in NY, dislike them, is incomprehensible. I think the AG's statement articulates it more clearly than I can ag.ny.gov/press-release/2021/attorney-general-james-responds-trump-lawsuit“The Trump Organization has continually sought to delay our investigation into its business dealings and now Donald Trump and his namesake company have filed a lawsuit as an attempted collateral attack on that investigation. To be clear, neither Mr. Trump nor the Trump Organization get to dictate if and where they will answer for their actions. Our investigation will continue undeterred because no one is above the law, not even someone with the name Trump.”

The extent that his supporters were willing to go, including forged documents never fails to surprise me. Did they think they wouldn't get caught? Did they think they could just substitute their fake records?

In 1978 CA passed Prop 13 which changed the property tax system. One of the main reasons it passed was because homeowners were being taxed out of their homes. Hardest hit were retirees.
Proposition 13
Proposition 13 introduced sweeping changes to California’s property tax system. This year marks the 40th anniversary of Proposition 13—the landmark citizens’ initiative that limits the property tax rate to 1% of assessed value at the time of purchase and restricts annual tax increases to no more than 2% until the property is sold. Proposition 13 also requires that all state tax increases be approved by two-thirds of the legislature and that special taxes levied by local governments be approved by two-thirds of voters. Proposition 13 passed on June 6, 1978, with support from 65% of California voters. Property owners benefited from an immediate drop in property taxes and less uncertainty about future tax increases. The measure also restricted local governments’ ability to raise revenue through property taxes for cities, counties, and schools. Forty years later, most Californians still support Proposition 13. A majority of Californians (57%) and likely voters (65%) feel that Proposition 13 turned out to be mostly a good thing for the state. At least half across all demographic groups—except African Americans (39%)—say the measure has been mostly a good thing. Republicans (71%) are more likely than independents (61%) and Democrats (55%) to hold this view. Nearly two-thirds of homeowners (65%) say it has been mostly a good thing for California, compared to half of renters (50%). Californians age 55 and older (66%) are more likely than those age 18 to 34 (54%) and age 35 to 54 (52%) to say it has been mostly a good thing.”
Apparently this guy has a problem with homeowners being able to keep their homes and not be forced to move because they can’t afford to pay their taxes on the increased value of their homes. And if there is one thing that keeps going up in CA it’s home values.
The REAL reason new homes aren’t being built in CA has more to do with cities wanting to limit the growth or the NIMBY crowd not wanting multi home buildings built in THEIR neighborhoods.

His lie
And the truth…
Right now, the Senate is split evenly in half, but the 50 Democratic senators represent 41.5 million more people than the 50 Republican senators.
By 2040, if population trends continue, 70% of Americans will be represented by just 30 senators, and 30% of Americans by 70 senators.
That has lots of implications, such as for the Senate filibuster, where a party that represents a shrinking minority of voters can block almost all major legislation.
But it also has implications for the Supreme Court, says Jesse Wegman, author of Let the People Pick the President.
"You have this sort of turbocharged minority rule," he said. "You have a counter-majoritarian institution chosen by people who were picked by a minority of the citizens. That's not a sustainable model for a representative democracy."
Conservative Republican Brad Smith, a former member of the Federal Election Commission, disagrees. He says the system has worked pretty well because when the Framers designed the Senate, they understood that a small state such as Rhode Island would never have as much clout as a big state such as New York.
"These are the kinds of reasons why at the Constitutional Convention there was the Great Compromise of having one chamber by population and one chamber elected by states," he said. "You know, under that system we've become like a really rich,

In the movie Avengers Endgame Thanos had this glove that held the infinity stones and when he snapped his fingers wearing the glove 1/2 of the population just disappeared.
Do you think we get that glove and snap our fingers and these fools will disappear? At this point I think it’s worth a try.

The Radical Left Democrats and RINOS, like “Senator” Mike Rounds, do not make it easy for our Country to succeed. He is a weak and ineffective leader, and I hereby firmly pledge that he will never receive my Endorsement again!
I hereby firmly pledge?? Who talks like that? He is so full of himself.

Ted Cruz still trying to appease Carlson .. A week after groveling to Fox News host Tucker Carlson for calling the Capitol insurrection "a violent terrorist attack," Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz is still doing his best to get back in MAGA world's good graces. *** I asked the FBI, 'Is Mr. Epps an agent of the FBI? Is he an informant of the FBI?' And she stonewalled, refused to answer," Cruz told Hannity, referring to FBI official Jill Sanborn. "We know the FBI put him out on the list of people they wanted information about, and then magically he disappeared. There needs to be transparency, and the Biden administration needs to fess up — is this a politicized law enforcement operation that is targeting the enemies of the president? And did they actively encourage and solicit illegal conduct?" *** The (Select) Committee has interviewed Epps. Epps informed us that he was not employed by, working with, or acting at the direction of any law enforcement agency on Jan 5th or 6th or at any other time, & that he has never been an informant for the FBI or any other law enforcement agency," the committee said. www.rawstory.com/ted-cruz-2656382736/
