Here is an example of those on Fox News being less then honest.
When I read this I though nah it’s been all over twitter. So I checked.
ABC, NBC, CBS, Washington Post, AP, KCBS (local radio station) all announced the verdict.
So if ABC, NBC, CBS & KCBS announced the verdict on twitter they did it on their news programs on TV and the radio as well. And since I’m going to watch KPIX news I’m a few minutes I bet you they announce the verdict there as well.
I get so tired of this stuff because no one calls them on it to their face.

Fox is on a roll tonight…. Sort of right, but not how it has been for years. I guess they want to totally discount women and reintroduce 3/5... Might be time to remind MTG and Boebert they are nothing, no more speaking out go home and play house..

Texas judge State judge declares Texas abortion law unconstitutional — but does not stop it from being enforcedThe fate of the statute remains uncertain. An appeal to the ruling is already underway, and an opinion on the law from the U.S. Supreme Court is still pending. BY REESE OXNER AND ELEANOR KLIBANOFF DEC. 9, 2021UPDATED: Although Thursday’s ruling is a win for abortion rights advocates, the order only has direct consequences for the 14 lawsuits in the case that the judge oversaw. The judge did not issue an injunction to block cases from being filed, though experts say it would likely be used as precedent in those cases.www.texastribune.org/2021/12/09/texas-abortion-law/

How did we miss this one, or at least I missed it... Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark brings Sidney Powell associate to Capitol riot committee testimonyBrad Reed November 05, 2021 Former Assistant Attorney General for the Environment and Natural Resources Division Jeffrey Clark, a key figure in former President Donald Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election, testified before the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th Capitol riots on Friday. And, as Politico reports, he did not come by himself. According to the publication, Clark arrived for his testimony alongside Harry MacDougald, a Georgia-based attorney who teamed up with "kraken" lawyer Sidney Powell in her failed quest to overturn the election results in the Peach State."CBS's Ellis Kim tweeted a picture of Clark and MacDougald departing a congressional office building after the deposition," writes Politico. "It's unclear if Clark answered the committee's questions while he was behind closed doors, though he appears to have been with the panel for less than two hours — a fairly short appearance. A spokesman for the select committee declined to comment." www.rawstory.com/jeffrey-clark-capitol-riot-2655505388/

Roberts .. John Roberts warns against Texas nullification: ‘Our constitutional system is at stake’Bob Brigham December 10, 2021 Chief Justice John Roberts cited two cases from early constitutional law with a dire warning as the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday delivered a ruling on the near-total ban on abortion passed by Republicans in Texas. In an opinion where he concurred in part and dissented in part, Roberts was joined by Justices Sonia Sotamayor and Elena Kagan. "The clear purpose and actual effect of S. B. 8 has been to nullify this Court’s rulings," Roberts wrote, listing the legislative name of the Texas bill. "It is, however, a basic principle that the Constitution is the 'fundamental and paramount law of the nation,' and ' t is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is,'" Roberts said, citing the landmark 1803 Supreme Court case Marbury v. Madison that established the principle of judicial review.
"Indeed, 'f the legislatures of the several states may, at will, annul the judgments of the courts of the United States, and destroy the rights acquired under those judgments, the constitution itself becomes a solemn mockery,'" he continued, citing United States v. Peterson from 1809 that determined state legislatures can't overrule federal courts.
"The nature of the federal right infringed does not matter; it is the role of the Supreme Court in our constitutional system that is at stake," Roberts wrote.

It seems she isn’t happy about letting that ridiculous law stand. And I don’t blame her. That law, IMO, opens a can of worms with far reaching implications.

Peggy Noonan wrote an article about VP Harris. Since there is a paywall I can’t read but based on the comments it’s another hit job.

I couldn't read the article either, except for the first few paragraphs. I did read the Washington Post article and would disagree with the characterization as searing. Absolutely there were negative parts, but there were also positive ones and the last quote at the end of the article is positive. Sounds like another false premise to me www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2021/12/04/kamala-harris-staff-departures/“I’ve been with the president since before he announced his run for president. I staffed him on the road. I traveled with him for nearly two years and during that time, there were days when on Monday I would get on a plane with Joe Biden. And then the plane would land in Delaware I would drive from Delaware to Washington DC. And Tuesday morning, I would be on a plane with Kamala Harris,” she said. “I’m getting married next year. I would like to plan my wedding. You know, I have earned a break. So me deciding that I’m leaving has absolutely nothing to do with my unhappiness. I feel honored every single day to work for the vice president who gave me an opportunity to be her spokesperson at the highest levels.”President Biden’s poll numbers are bad and Vice President Kamala Harris’s are worse. A survey this week from conservative-leaning Rasmussen had her at 39% favorable, 57% unfavorable. The number that stuck in the public’s mind came last month, from a USAToday/Suffolk poll that put her approval at 28%, disapproval at 51%.
The past few weeks she’s been hammered by bad news. There’s been an exodus of high-level staffers. The Washington Post had a sweeping, searing piece that described a “dysfunctional” and chaotic office full of bitter enmities. A consistent problem: Ms. Harris refuses “to wade into briefing materials prepared by staff members” and would “then berate employees when she appeared unprepared.” A former staffer said she’s not “willing
