My word is Open. It’s the first year a word came to me and I didn’t have to seek it out.
How is everyone documenting their word? I thought I had a plan but now I can’t decide. I’m feeling like I need a change. I saw someone on IG is doing a 52 weeks of me project. I signed up. Might do that.

I’ve narrowed my word down to breathe or strong. I am leaning towards breathe as that word keeps popping up in my life. I was venting to a friend the other day and he just text back breathe. My new Apple Watch tells me to breathe. I’m pretty sure it will be breathe.

I’m not a olw kinda gal but at the moment I would have a swear word 🤣 don’t see those on any of the blogs… a vehement up yours to Covid and drama and stress etc. yep, definitely a swear word (which is why I’m not doing it!)

Is this the correct thread for OLW 2022?
Back in 2018, bought all the stuff, signed up for the class…did nothing. Last year was such a disaster of a year, I feel like I could really use some focus and thoughtfulness. Considering giving it a try again. Any idea if the 2018 class would work work with the notebook for this year? I sold all the supplies but still would like some guided product for documenting. Does the class typically repeat monthly classes year after year?

I would say a few prompts change from year to year but the majority are the same. I used the notebook last year and did everything in it including mixed media. It was a fun change from an album. If I needed more space, like for the vision board prompt, I did a flip out with washi tape. There are a lot of pages in that notebook so I added additional prompts as well from previous classes. I hope you join in. |

A thread would be fun! My word is Open. I'm using the digital kit that came with the class. I'm using a Citrus Twist 4x8 binder and doing my own thing all over the place. Just signed up for the 52 weeks of me, I can add that into my album.

My word is COURAGE with Brave and Strong as companion words.
For those who were thinking of a weekly word, there is a book WORDS TO LIVE BY 52 Weeks of Possibility, One Word at a Time that I am also using this year. Week 1 word was Adventure, Week 2 was Look, Week 3 is Challenge. The book provides a Quote for each word one one page and on the opposite page it provides questions for you to reflect on and journal about that weeks word. I found the book on Amazon.
