MARIBETHR , you have love in your gallery. I'd like to know how you made the shine on the edges of these cards. On the ATC's? Nail Polish

This LO is for MOC Day 21 at The Lilypad. We were given two free templates that we had to combine into one layout. It was harder than I thought it was going to be, and I did four versions before settling on this one.

Finished a LO today that has been smoldering in my brain for a week. I had a blast photographing these three having so much fun in the deep snow in our yard. I brought back memories of when snowfall was just an invitation to get out and PLAY! Snowball time by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I had thought I would do a huge layered title, and go crazy with the snowball theme, but ended up pulling back, using some circles I had on hand and cutting some more, grabbing stickers old and new from my stash. The LO didn't photograph very well--colours are not as crisp as I would like--but I am happy with how it looks IRL.
POINTS: two pages created & shared (4). M-1 Eight photos for the Donna challenge (8). P-1 foil circles (1), P-3 inked edges (1) and shaded snowballs (5), P-7 sixteen stickers (16), P-10 glitter letters (1), P-11 puffy phrase stickers (1), P-14 tiny foam and cs stickers (2), P-16 old Fancy Pants papers and new SU! papers. Old foil circles and new ep stickers (2), S/I-1 snowflake pp + eight stickers (9), S/I-2 one rectangular photo and four rectangles of pp (5), S/I-5 three stars (3), S?i-10 seventeen circles (17), C/M-5 gold and silver (4), C/M-9 winter (1), T-3 fussy cut three critters (3), T-6 three layers (3), T-7 three different dies, one punch, CM and EK cutters (4), T-12 seven diecuts (7), w/T-2 >10 words (2), Th-1 eight pic's from December '21 (16), N/S-3 two patterns (2), N/S 8 title (2). Total: 119.
This is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!

I have decided that this is the year I’m going to get back into scrapbooking. If I can even do one LO a month, that’s still way more than I achieved last year! This one came together very quickly. It shows my DD and her fiancée, and my DS and his GF. She lives in Florida, and the girls live in the South of England, so the chances of getting them all together are quite low. This was the first time I had all four of them staying with me at once, and it was wonderful! The papers are all Pebbles from 2012, and the chipboard alphas are equally old Basic Grey.

I'll be back to catch up on commenting - I promise Finished two layouts during the crop today and started a third which I've since finished. All from November 2019 I still haven't killed my EP Club kit, lol I struggled with the colours for this one and finally settled on some scraps from a mixed media-look paper pad.

Oh my goodness, KikiPea , those pages are gorgeous! I have missed seeing your stunning LO's. Great use of mixed media and giant clusters! Love all the trees on Twinkle Lights, glittery title and cute pic's of your NYE dogs, all the tucked in leaves on the floral page, and the colourful rays & splatters with those fun anniversary photos! Welcome back to scrapbooking, lesley! That page is beautiful. You used older supplies, but all those tucked under tag have a really current vibe. So glad you got to spend time with your kids and their so's. No wonder you loved scrapping these fun pic's. Hoping if it came easily, you will be well on your way to creating other pages. That autumn page is beautiful, Linda . Love how the woodgrain and leafy pp go together. Love the switch to blues on the other two. And you have been really working those journaling strips: that works well with your scrappy style.

scrappyrabbit - love the house paper and the pretty colours nylene - awesome tie and I love the golf banner and the scattered snowflakes. And the story on little things - how wonderful! I love the masculine papers you chose. And yes, sawdust is indeed man glitter. AussieMeg - I love the bright colours contrasting with the darker clothes you and your friends are wearing and the circle journaling - love it! justjac - you've been very busy! Those daily pages are awesome! I especially love the one with all the butterflies! maribeth - Lovely ATCs and you're so generous to give them away - I'm sure they are treasured. nylene - yes dementia is indeed a mean disease and so hard on both the person and the families. I love those cute photos of Eddie - and the dino paper is cute too. I love the colours you chose! AussieMeg - love the blues with the sand and that texture - another fabulous layout KikiPea - great to see you again! And those awesome layouts with the colours and the clusters and the energy! I'm sorry you can't see my layouts- I'm linking from FB as always but the urls are expiring super fast. I probably need to find a different way to share. So sweet of you to assume they are fabulous - they are all pretty simple. lesley - welcome back to the dark side! I LOVE your layout with all those colourful tags and the dots under the title letters. I'm so glad you had them all together!

AussieMeg, your digital LO are so beautiful...sometimes I see them and I really have to look closely to make sure they are not paper, lol! Your color choices and use of digital "texture" is really great. KikiPea, your festive and bright Christmas and NY LO's are just what the season needs...the little clocks and "to new beginnings" are perfect touches. grammadee, for the longest time I have told myself "you MUST NEVER cut your photos out in shapes again!" lol...but you took those photos of the boys and made an awesome snowball page, and it looks very on trend and fits perfectly with your snowball theme. You may have given me the courage to (gulp) try a few shaped photos again. lesley, I never met a tag I did not love, yours included! All the tags, and the little stitching! And how special to have your kids all in one place. I love that so much, I get pretty emotional when my kids are home at the same time. They like to tease me with this "article" from the Onion. It's so funny, I laugh every time I read it. www.theonion.com/sweating-trembling-mom-still-coming-down-from-high-of-1819578451linda, your pages are classic, classy and photo centric and I so enjoy seeing how you wrangle a smaller size LO. I really like the way the patterns came together on the Autumn LO, beautiful colors! scrappyrabbit, so clever to use the swatches! It really pulled the page together and I like how you cropped the photos to mimic the swatches!

You may have given me the courage to (gulp) try a few shaped photos again. Ha ha! I think it is the random shaped photos floating alone on a blank page of cs that we steeled ourselves against. Let yourself go! Use a shape that fits your theme! Embellish as much as you like! Or CHOOSE to go scrapbook retro and glue those shaped photos right onto the plain cs. Cut a larger same shape as a mat. Float a few stickers around the page and Voila! A Plain Jane page. Are you playing for points? Make those photos circles or stars (or if you are brave, snowflakes). Use lots of stickers.

Linda, great job on the military layout. That star paper is perfect and I love the Proud to Serve tag. Please thank him for his service from DH and me. Lovely page. KikiPea, I love all the trees on your Christmas twinkle lights page. You have such a great way of making everything come together beautifully. You also do fabulous spatters!~ I love the way you added clocks to your big 2022 title. Great New Year’s photos. Your stenciling is wonderful! ~Congrats on you 25th Anniversary. That floral arrangement is gorgeous. Glad you scrapped it. I love all the die cut pieces you have tucked into the photos.~Your background on Laugh and Love is so pretty. I love the patterned paper rays and your black and white mats. Such a cute layout. lesley, what a great page. I love the vellum touches added to the photos. The dots under each title letter add definition. Those tags are amazing. I love the double layer on them and the black hole reinforcement. Totally cute page. Busy bee Linda, you have been so productive! I especially love your journaling on your Son page. Great masculine background paper.~ That paper at the bottom of Yum is gorgeous. Did you ink that? It’s a great color to go with the purple lights in your photos. AussieMeg and scrappyrabbit, you have love in the gallery.

and one done today for POTW #4. Christmas Magic by Gramma Dee, on Flickr This one didn't photograph well at all: I think the foils were playing tricks on my iphone's sense of light and colour. Can't seem to edit it right, either. I love it IRL, but not so much here.

nylene, that polka dot/bow page is great! It's monochromatic for the most part, but then the dots give it something special. You must have worked forever on that little die cut girl, but what a great pop to the page. My DD would have ripped that bow off her head so fast... cadoodlebug, great wildlife pages! You really captured the subject and the moose die cut is perfect. Ryann, love the non-traditional holiday colors, and the title...what great pages to capture holiday baking!

Completed this page for next year's family calendar. I love that my oldest dgs (age 22) sends me photos to scrapbook. He has been taking firefighting and EMT training for a couple of years while he is working in construction to pay the bills. He was really happy to send me a pic of him in uniform for fire fighter training in the fall, and then this pic in his new EMT duds this month. For a day or two I have had this photo matted and on the white on navy background. Then SEREDIPITY. Within about half an hour, I was inspired by a page I saw on ScrapHappy (It had lots of overlapping outline stars) and unearthed a bag of stars I had diecut from scraps a few months ago. Sometimes the scrap gods take pity on me...
POINTS: one page created & shared (2). One photo scrapped for the Donna challenge (1). P-1 gold and silver foil (1), P-7 seven stickers (7), P-8 only cs white and navy (2), P-10 glitter stars (1), P-11 puffy stickers (1), S/I-2 rectangular photo (1), S/I-5 twenty-one stars (21), C/M-1 blue (1), C/M-5 gold and silver (2), T-12 diecut stars (1), W/T-3 January (1), W/T-9 January alliteration (5). Total: 46.

Little Pumpkin Linda, I had to chuckle about the “boys” needing a Legos stop. I love the embossed Legos paper. The bright primary colors are perfect for your theme. Cute title. grammadee, you have love in the gallery. cadoodlebug, how fortunate you were to find someone who was kind enough to help you with an itinerary. I love the photo of the Canadian flag waving in the wind. Beautiful page with excellent journaling.~ Your travel pages are so interesting. So many beautiful photos. I love the corner treatments you have used for interest. ~ Those bungalows look so nice. I’m glad you had a nice place to stay at the end of the day. Beautiful pages!

This LO is for MOC Day 25 at The Lilypad. The challenge was to do a layout with no photos. I was going to make a page for my recipe book, but I really wanted to use this kit with the super cute cocktail glasses - ArtCrush #17 by NBK Design. So I did a page with a cocktail recipe instead - I don't even drink! I almost didn't post this, because it feels like cheating - all I had to do was slap a whole lot of cool designs by the very talented Nicole at NBK Design on the page! But it's all points for the team hey?
