I'm jumping in, feeling very glad we have 3 months of our team! Finished this one today, and got to use some bits and pieces of camping lines that gramma sent to me and fit my summer scrapbooking perfectly! I also stamped and die cut some leaves, so put my stamps into action which makes me happy. layout camp wish a fish by kirstendrew, on Flickr This was the first layout I finished this month, after a 2 month hiatus, so it was rough going. layout summer submersive by kirstendrew, on Flickr This one I hate the "title" but wanted to use the scripty "today" layout finally today by kirstendrew, on Flickr And the pineapple on this one? Never expected to be able to use that sticker, but I realized that my family's antics often equate to fruit!!! layout vive la resistance by kirstendrew, on Flickr

You all have been busy. I've had an enjoyable time looking at all your work. nylene, that is a VERY cool tie. Your banner in your layout is the perfect balance to it. Your Craft Supply store story put a little catch in my throat. Such a sweet story! We don't have that kind of store, sadly. Your cars layout is so cute. I like how prominent the photos are. OOO I could just squish those squishy little cheeks. The same for your little pumpkin. (Also liked the swirly pumpkin cutout on that...) The Giving Machine page is so very special, from the special story to the triple layered title to the poinsettia. It's a WOW. justjac Stamp Glamp sounds soooo fun. I'm loving the art journal effects that you are creating. The book stack is a favorite, with the tree a close second. nylene, Your cars layout is so cute. I like how prominent the photos are. OOO I could just squish those squishy little cheeks. linda you've been busy! Your stories are so detailed and full of emotion. Thank you so much for sharing them and I LOVE how your elements are supporting all of the stories. Your autumn page is so well done - the pretty photo, the pretty backround paper, the strip sentences, the title - it's the whole enchilada. I enjoyed your LEGO layout. I need to get some LEGO background paper - I'll probably be a LEGO camp counselor again next summer. KikiPea your twinkle lights layout is spectacular. So much color and energy. I love the detail in your 2022 page. Like the clocks. And I love the special effects in your photos on the happy page. lesley what a special occasion, captured perfectly. I like the repititions of the photos where they are arranged the same but with different expressions. scrappyrabbit, I love including real things in a page when I can. I love your swatches. And you let go of the wallpaper so it could have another life, you are thoughtful and generous. grammadee oh my the page where the photos are curved upward, taking the eye on a parade. That's next level. I like your tree decorating pages quite a lot, so if they are even better in real life they must be quite great. The scrap gods were very generous, I agree, what a great layout and such a nice looking young man. cadoodlebug Thanks for taking me on a mental vacation with beautiful sights! I love putting brochures and maps on my pages when I can. AussieMeg words fail me for the beauty and color of your layouts. They are always extra special. kmage you made me laugh. Yes, we buy paper and elements to use but when? What layout is special enough? I've been getting a lot better and just cutting into the special paper now instead of sometime unnamed time in the future. I enjoyed your layout. Somewhere in this house is a pic of my friends and I in those saloon girl outfits. teacherlisa thanks for sharing your layout of your sweet doggies and sweet naps. Cute! kitbop I'm so loving your layouts. The colors are spectacular and the elements are lovely. They're very, very special.

Two LOs in one week is something I haven’t achieved in many years! I’m raiding all my old stash, and this is all Basic Grey (I think it’s called Hey You). My DS has played rather brutal games with his action figures since he was a wee boy! 😂 He enjoyed re-enacting the assassination of David Tennant by a German officer. 🤦🏼♀️

Here are my latest two LOs for Month of Challenges at The Lilypad. I'm not sure whether I'm going to keep going, I am about 7 days behind and we only have until 2nd Feb to get all the LOs done. I'm not sure that a $20 gift card is worth the stress! MOC Day 24 - the challenge was to do a layout using at least two speech bubbles. MOC Day 26 at The Lilypad. The challenge was to do a remembrance or tribute layout with at least 300 words of journaling. One of the suggestions was to do a LO about a trip. I chose to do this instead of something more personal.

I'll be back later to comment - love all the creativity and talent here yesterday's sketchy Saturday - just the left side - using a 6x6 EP birthday pad, a recollections sticker, and a cut-apart card from a paper pad from ACM some years ago. And I'm still working on using up that Sep 2019 EP club kit...the background paper is ancient Club Scrap cardstock from over 20 years ago. Sorry my picture is blurry - the layout isn't IRL

Wow! So much inspiration here today! teacherlisa, I love the puppy naps book! Cute photos: those pups are darling. Linda, I love the different background pp's on your pages. So many different textures and patterns. Your book will be interesting to flip through. LOVE the "Crafty" page: so many little cute nods to her artistic endeavours. Glad you included her painting. lesley, you have me wanting to dig into that bottom drawer where my Basic Grey resides. What a wonderfully designed page (never mind the shock I got when I actually looked at the photos LOL). I really like the tilted photo block and all the offset layers. And wordyphotogbabe... AMAZING pages!!! Are those digi pages? So much depth and texture. Love how each page is so unique, and that each has its own special little touches. Great photos. Wonderful page designs. Beautiful colours. Wow! Please share more! kitbop and AussieMeg, there is love on Flickr.

simple page - I'm not sure about the PP - it's a B-side (A-side has lobsters), round and tag embellishments are fussy cut from a cardstock sheet from $tree, sticker is from EP homegrown Photoplay Sweet as Honey Photoplay Cat Lover - I had this one all finished and went to put it in the page protector and realised I should have measured the background paper first as it was 8.5x12...oops. So I took it apart, cut it down, and tried again.

And a third layout from me this week. I am on 🔥! I loved this background paper so much (Photoplay Wizard World) that I wanted to cover as little of it as possible. It’s about the day my DD proposed to her girlfriend, in front of Hogwarts Castle on the Harry Potter Studio Tour. Julia started crying and for some reason Sarah thought that Julia was going to tell her she was dying! She was so relieved when she proposed instead, that she said yes immediately. 😂

Wow! It has been a crafty Pea weekend! I will be back to leave some love. But first I wanted to add a couple of LO's I managed to finish today. Almost to the end of my Christmas 2021 album. Wow, you miss a day on 2Peas and the gallery and sharing thread explodes. I hope I caught everyone. What a wonderful group of scrapbooked memories! teacherlisa, what great pages about your puppies. You do such a great job with pocket pages. I love all the little touches, tags, banners, buttons. So cool.~ I love the 8, yes, 8 photos you used on your pocket page. That’s wonderful! You must have a green thumb to have such beautiful flowers in your garden. Great page to document it.~That summer storm photo makes me really nervous. It is a gorgeous photo, but I’d be running for cover. I love the layering of papers beneath it. Great look.~ Nice job on your zoo pages. Those elephant ears and the big cats photos really shine. Fun pages.~ I love your inked tag and ribbon on your AZ dust storm. They look like they were caught in the storm. Very effective! Linda, I love your nautical elements on your page about Atlantic Grille. The strip journaling is a great way to fill the bottom but allow the octopi to show through. Looks tasty! ~I recognized some of your EP Fall elements since I just pulled some of mine from that line. You did a great job with the stripes and that top part with the flowers and journaling is wonderful. I love the design of this page and hope to scraplift it.~ I am definitely going to scraplift your Cute and Crafty page. Love the flags down the side.~ Your Fall page is so pretty with the beautiful foliage photos and the cute designs on the patterned papers. Very classy page.~I love the frame on I Love You a Bunch. The Happy flag is a great choice. One of my favorite color combos is orange and blue, so this really speaks to me.~So cute page with honeycomb shapes and the little bee. Love those colors.~Love the “warm cat” page. Some cute photos of your 4-footed family member. lesley, LOL, now that’s an unusual hobby. I loved reading your journaling on it and the photos really back it up. I love the stenciling you have done over some of your elements. I wish I were brave enough to try that! ~ Ah, such a sweet layout to commemorate an engagement. Even more fun if it’s a surprise. Love the colors and the drama of the black and yellow. Beautiful. wordyphotogbabe, what a beautiful and artistic page. I love the weathered background and the hanging leaves. Gorgeous page.~ Great job using just one corner of your paper. It has a perfect sentiment/journaling.~ Love your year in review. So many interesting things you have documented that could be forgotten over the years. Great job.~ Love your You’ve got this page. (Especially because it is grammatically correct with the “you’ve” contraction.) I much prefer that to the common “You got this.” Thanks for not triggering my OCD. LOL ~Your personal journaling on Mariposa is fabulous. I’m glad you recorded those feelings and also glad you shared them here. Beautiful job.~You are a very talented writer. I am so impressed with Dear Mom.~ Sweet and perfect layout of Baby it’s Cold Outside. Love the title and elements over the photo. Beautiful. cadoodlebug, your layouts are not plain. You have great photos and pick amazing papers for backgrounds. A beautiful photo is often worth more than a thousand words and embellishments. You are doing a great job documenting your trip! Keep sharing. AussieMeg, grammadee, and christinec68 I will catch your pretty pages in the gallery.

Okay. Catching up... Linda , those papers on the Happy page look really good--strong masculine colours. And the open hexagons and overlapping circles are interesting elements on the Sweet as Honey page. I think that cat would say that "Happiness is a warm human!" Cute page: love the fishbone pp. lesley , you are, indeed, on fire! Great dramatic colours and patterns on this. A fun page about a wonderful memory! Good to see more your your pages, teacherlisa . I like the way you did the Tombstone 2-pager with the photos on the larger page and the details on the smaller facing one. You are so lucky to have those shasta daisies in your garden! Lovely photo, and the large block letter title balances it perfectly. Whoah! That storm looks scary! Love how you tucked those bits of pp under the top & bottom of the big photo. Great zoo pages; love the green and gold colour scheme. Elephant ear pic's are fun. That Maggie is quite the cook, MDscrapaholic ! Cute photos. Love what you did with that sketch. Great colour choices. I wouldn't worry about your pages being plain, cadoodlebug . You have beautiful background papers and your photos are gorgeous. I am in awe of your detailed journaling. Great memories that your family will appreciate.
