One feature I love about our house is the coat closets. There is one in the entryway for guests and one by the backdoor to the garage between the kitchen & pantry for our coats. Very handy when I'm heading out to go somewhere. I noticed there is a lack of coat closets in new builds in my area. My house is 22 years old. I wish our coat closet in the living room was bigger. I also really like the small linen closet in our upstairs hallway. I wish we had a garage!

I also really like the small linen closet in our upstairs hallway. I wish we had a garage! I can't imagine not having a garage. We were lucky when we bought this house because it has a 4-car tandem garage that is huge. In our last house, we had a loft over the garage that was about 12 feet deep and the length of the 3-car garage with a pull-down ladder. It was awesome but a pain to haul stuff up that wooden ladder!

For me it's more the SIZE of the room. I dont want 10 rooms all 10x10 in size. I'd like a ranch, like we have now all on one level.
I'd like a very large, open concept kitchen like we have now. Walls and walls of cabinets. A large 8x8 pantry.
Dining room. Living room with skylight. 3 bedrooms. 2 full baths. 1 1/2 bath. Decent sized laundry room on the same floor as the bedrooms. Bonus room that's 12x24 or larger for my craft room, as I have that now and couldn't go smaller.
Finished basement with a rec room for hubbys man cave.
