Just like Dancing with the Stars should have never had Sean Spicer on Masked Singer should not have had Rudy Giuliani on The Masked Singer. Especially since he is under investigation.

Who needs the documents?!??! Go Wisconsin...... Dane County Circuit Court Judge Frank Remington ordered the former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice conducting a partisan review of the 2020 presidential election to stop deleting emails, text messages and documents produced during the investigation that he finds irrelevant, court documents show. "If this investigation was above board, the Office of Special Counsel would have maintained and released records of its work required by law,” American Oversight Senior Advisor Melanie Sloan said in a statement. “Instead, it is fighting tooth and nail to hide its work from the public. This inquiry is nothing more than an attempt to prop up conspiracy theories and undermine free and fair elections.” The Legislature’s own attorneys have said Gableman is required to retain records created during his review. www.rawstory.com/2657193699/

The wall the wall, the wall..... Two pleaded guilty!!! Up to 20 years... Of course their good buddy, Bannon got a pardon from former!! Brian Kolfage and Andrew Badolato pleaded guilty for defrauding hundreds of thousands of donors with an online crowdfunding scheme with Steve Bannon known as "We Build the Wall." The effort raised more than $25 million for the wall after Mexico refused to pay for it, as Trump constantly promised during his 2016 campaign for president. *** "Kolfage, 39, and Badolato, 57, both residents of Florida, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. In the same proceeding, KOLFAGE also pled guilty to tax and wire fraud charges filed by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida," the department announced. www.rawstory.com/2657194755/

Will she be facing legal issues...?!? Disney is rather touchy...
On Thursday, Florida Lt. Gov. Jeanette Nuñez went on Newsmax to complain about Disney, which she publicly accused of "indoctrinating" and "sexualizing children."
And again..,

I did not know this but apparently there is an app where you can track aircraft on radar.
Right now a YouTuber and others are tracking VP Harris’s plane and trying to decide if will land at LAX. This YouTuber spends hours living streaming planes landing at LAX
Is it just me in thinking this create a potential security risk? It seems one can track Air Force One as well.
I guess they aren’t kidding there is an app for everything.
So Air Force Two just landed at LAX and apparently this app with radar has been tracking the plane pretty much since it left San Francisco.
But it was kind of neat watching Air Force Two land at LAX.

So if I understand all this DeSantis’s grand plan to punish Disney will potentially result in a 25% increase in property taxes for the residences that live in two areas that will be affected in DeSantis punishing plan.

IF this mess should go to a vote you know DeSantis will have all the other counties(I have no idea how many) vote against the two local counties. Those two smaller counties will not be able to do all the other jobs. FL is saying the firefighters etc will go to local departments. Wonder if that means pay cuts or would they do better with other Disney jobs on site?

This whole article will help explain that Florida has no clue where they are going with this "law".. it is interesting to read though.. Disney World’s Reedy Creek: What happens after the special district is abolished?2022/4/22 09:54 (EDT) © Orlando Sentinel *** Fine, the House sponsor, said he thinks a different type of taxing district could be formed that could raise money to maintain Reedy Creek’s roads and other assets without burdening taxpayers or giving Disney unique powers. Leaders would have to determine what happens to the district’s nearly 400 employees, including about 200 people who work for the Reedy Creek Fire Department. Firefighters and other district employees are closely watching and hope to be part of conversations on the implementation of the bill, said Jon Shirey, president of the Reedy Creek Professional Firefighters Association. “Our primary concerns are the livelihood and well-being of our members, retirees, and their families,” he said. *** Reedy Creek collects about $164 million in property taxes to maintain roads, utilities and other services, which is almost entirely paid by Disney. If Reedy Creek were dissolved, no other governmental entity would have the authority to collect that money, Randolph said."There is no windfall to the county,” Randolph said. “There could be a ton of expenses with no additional revenue to cover it.” Disney would continue to pay property taxes to Orange and Osceola counties, school districts and other entities as it has in the past. Reedy Creek enables Disney to avoid some other taxes, such as impact fees and sales tax on construction materials. Governing Disney World and maintaining its surrounding property is a massive undertaking. Reedy Creek maintains 134 miles of roads and 67 miles of waterways, according to the district’s statistics. It handles 60,000 tons of waste and recycles 30 tons of aluminum, paper, steel cans, cardboard and plastic containers each year. *** Sen. Jeff Brandes, R-St. Petersburg, questioned whether the Legislature’s effort would inadvertently help Disney financially. “The assets include roads, which we would be unlikely to shut off,” he said. “A dump. A power plant, which we would be unlikely to turn off. A fire station, which we would be unlikely to shut down. So those assets, we would now take over the operations, the maintenance and support of, and Disney would be able to walk away from that ... debt.” nordot.app/890234582465331200

Again if these wildfires were a result of changes of weather why would these old growth forest of trees where some trees are over a thousand years old still exist today? Are you asking why there are old trees? Why these trees haven't burned down? I am confused on the wording of your question. From CBS News “ The Caldor Fire near Lake Tahoe exploded in size in a brief 24 hour period. Tuesday morning, the fire had burned roughly 6,500 acres. By Tuesday evening, it was over 30,000 acres.”
The wildfires of the past several years are different from previous wildfires. They are burning hotter and explode in size in a matter of hours as noted in the blurb above. There is a debate as to why these wildfires are different from wildfires 10-15 years ago. Some say it’s climate change, some says it’s lack of forest management and normal weather cycles that happen periodically. I’m saying that if the wildfires of today are because of the lack of forest management and normal weather cycles then why are there still groves of old growth threes with some being dated to be over a thousand years old? One would think if these wildfires are because of normal weather cycles there would have been fires burning as hot and exploding in size in the past 1000 + years like today that would have wiped out trees on a regular basis to make it almost impossible for any tree to survive for a thousand years are more. But yet we have trees dated older then a thousand years. One tree in Sonoma County was dated to be 1,400 years old. And I will add there was no one around to do any forest management even 200 years ago let alone on a regular basis for the last thousand + years. I’m not saying that old growth forest have not been destroyed in the last couple of hundred years by fire I’m saying that if these wildfires of the last several years are “normal” then there would be no old growth forests at all today. Which means I’m in the camp it’s climate change that is causing these fires to burn as hot and move as fast as they are today.

I’m not surprise to hear this. But taking out one’s anger against members of the Asian Community for the actions of the leaders in a country they no longer live in is wrong. For the simple reason. These folks being attacked were not the decision makers who decided to keep quiet about COVID’s danger.
If these attackers want to attack someone then go to China and attack the leaders involved in the decision to keep silent about COVID.

Which means I’m in the camp it’s climate change that is causing these fires to burn as hot and move as fast as they are today. I would say all of the above. When you talk about 200 years ago you are correct there was no forest management. Forest fires happened naturally and burned parts of the forests. This created a divide to where if there was another fire in the future it wouldn't jump the divide and spread rapidly like what happens today. Fast forward a few years from 1822 (Forest Management) decided that if a fire happened it needed to be put out right away. This changed the way forest fires created those divides. Since then the forests were not burning in sections like it used to (pre forest management) the forests went crazy with growth and dead trees and shrubs. When a a forest fire happened it would be fueled by all the dead trees and shrubs and wipe everything out. As far as the old trees many of those trees have fire scars from pre forest management and post forest management due to forest fires. Forest Management makes sure those trees are protected now which is why many of them are still standing. I have stood inside trees that had fire scars. I have camped for 9 weeks the last two summers through Colorado, California, Utah, and Wyoming. During this time I have driven through National Forests that were destroyed by forest fires and it is sad. Overall I would blame Forest Management for where we are at now and Global Warming just adds more fuel to the fire. There is a lot of research on Forest Management and the correct way it should be done. Arcata Community Forest was an amazing hike. This community actually has Forest Management Classes that people from all over the world come for. ucanr.edu/sites/Redwood2016/files/250662.pdfRedwood Trees have bark that can be up to 2 feet thick. Sequoia Trees have bark that range around 6-10 inches thick. This is also a major reason why those old trees do not burn down.

Did you know for a brief period earlier this month about 95% of the power on CA’s power grid was clean renewable energy. In other for that brief time the power for the entire state was just shy of 100% clean renewable energy. Not bad.
