Today marks the beginning of the fourth (and final!) week and Day 22 of the 28-4-28 Challenges for 2022. Staying with the theme of SEASONS, my last challenge for you is all about WINTER. Your challenge is to create a project that evokes winter; think temperatures, holidays, colors, icons, activities, etc. How you choose to interpret the theme is up to you! The twist is to include a photo that has NO PEOPLE in it! Think scenery, objects, pets, buildings, birthday cake close-up, etc. NO human faces, bodies, limbs, etc. I've used a photo of holiday cards received as the focus of my layout below.  grammadee has included an incentive for all Quarter ONE team players: If you are on a team, you can earn FIVE points for meeting this challenge, with a TWO POINT BONUS for also meeting the twist on this same project. It was not previously stated in the Quarter One challenges list, or in gramma's spreadsheet, but if you can complete ALL of the 28-4-28 challenges by the end of this quarter, you can earn a BONUS of 280 points! |

Ryann if we are using more than one photo on our layout, do ALL photos have to have no people? Or just one of the photos?

I love the simplicity of the layout - you let your photo do all "talking" with just a hint of a theme in your title. I like that you've used such a rich color to support your photo. Ryann , thank you for all the challenges you have set for us during February. This one really stumped me because I somehow got it in my head that I had to have a "no faces" photo to meet the challenge, not just the twist. My winter page with my DGGD and her grandparents had faces in all the photos so I didn't add it here. On the crop Sat. I was told the "no faces" was just the twist. Duh! Sometimes I don't read well. Your winter layout with the cards is amazing. I need to remember to do that next year! jjpeapea , I love the simplicity of your Winter Beauty.
