Besides the basics like your paper trimmer and scissors. Mine is either my Silhouette or my small scallop border punch. I use that little cutie all the time.

For pricier tools, I use my silhouette on nearly every page, mostly for title work.
For inexpensive tools, I’d say my plastic t-square ruler. I like things lined up and evenly spaced 😉

Definitely my Silhouette. I use it almost daily. I have a small, long reach heart punch that I use often too.

Silhouette & manual die cutter, but my paper trimmer might actually be used even more.

I use tweezers a lot, to position things and to remove the plastic tabs from the double sided adhesive squares.

Undoubtedly, my most used tool is an inexpensive clear t-square ruler that I've had for almost 20 years! Like Neisey, I also "like things lined up and evenly spaced."

Probably my journaling spot stamps. Well, one in particular. I've had it for a decade+, couldn't even tell you what brand it is, and it lived in its acrylic stamping block (it's a clear stamp).
I've used that thing hundreds, if not a thousand times. It gives just enough room to journaling a sentence or two, and is an easy shape to cut out.

I use my circle punches a lot to create journaling spots. I also use the smaller ones to punch out elements from Project Life style cards to use as embellishments.

My gemini jr gets a really good workout! But for "everyday" cheap tools? That t-square gets used a few times on every single layout. I consider it a "basic" however, along with scissors, trimmer, glue. So moving forward from it, I'd say my glass mat, because while it's what I scrap on 100% of the time, I also "use" it for cutting, inking, colouring, painting etc.

My Cricut Maker, Silhouette Portrait, Big Shot, and Hampton Arts stamping platform. I also use my small Martha Stewart scoring board and my rulers every time I make a card. A good pair of scissors is also a must-have.

I'd say my circle punch and blending tool.

My Epson-PM 400 photo printer if that counts. Otherwise a ruler, acrylic blocks, and my hole punch are always used.

As a card maker, my most used (after my paper trimmer and MS score board) things are my Anna Griffin Mini Empress die cutting machine and my Cricut Joy. The smaller sizes work the best for my limited space. I bought a 2nd AG Mini Empress as a backup, but i’m thinking about taking it upstairs to our office desk that I’ve taken over. Ha.
The other tool I find myself reaching for is my centering ruler. I recently found another one at Hobby Lobby on sale for $2.49. I didn’t really need it, but I couldn’t pass it up for that price.

ATG, a black pen (for fake stitching, journaling etc) and probably my black ink pad.

Silhouette Cameo definitely - I use it on almost every page, mostly for titles. For smaller tools, it's probably a toss-up between my corner rounder and my basic tag-shaped punch.

Probably my circle punches, followed by my ink blending tools and my Silhouette. Even though my Silhouette isn't set up all the time, I tend to do a bunch of cutting at once when I get it out. I also cut things for a friend who does not have a Silhouette so it works out well. I'm actually surprised how much I use my Silhouette...I have the first one and would definitely need to replace it if this one ever dies on me.

Another lover of the centering ruler here! Use it all the time.
My second entry though I'd say is my paper piercer. Need to get a sticker off tricky packaging? Need to slide something under an element I juuuuuust stuck down because I don't want it there anymore? Need to pick up something sticky with minimal contact? Paper piercer helps for a variety of random needs. I find myself pulling it out surprisingly often.

It would have to be a a cheap clear ruler that I undoubtedly inherited from one of my kids, I like to try and make everything as square and equal as I can and being clear it just makes things a bit easier. I also use the small heart and star hand grip punches from Fiskers consistently and I use my American crafts knockout punch set a whole lot, I love the scallop, heart and spiral notebook punches the most.

My Creative Memories multi purpose tool. I use it to life papers up and "tuck" things under them on projects (because I can't plan ahead for all of my layers).
I am considering purchasing another one, just in case. 😄

I think my most used tool would be my circle dies (used with my Vagabond). Second would be my TE blending brushes.

By far my most used tool is my zero-centering ruler. I have three lengths - 6, 12, and 18 inches. I use one of them on almost every layout.
