I couldn't resist the preorder at ACOT. Its my birthday gift to myself! This line is beautiful and so many options! I preordered most of it - ( skipped the rub ons). I love Katie Pertiet's designs and can see this collection working with many of my other papers.

This line is an absolute must have for me. I do not need any paper at all, but I cannot resist this line. I'm going to be participating in a garage sale at my LSS, so I'm hoping to sell some less loved paper to make room for this line while sticking within the parameters of my "chill".

I ordered 2 packs of the solids and one of the foundations. I want to make a photo waterfall with those gorgeous papers, but wanted to give myself 12x12 options too. Not mad about it either lol!

Oh this is a really cool collection! It seems nice and versatile for many different projects. I have stayed away from rub-ons for years, but I've recently been trying mixed media and picked up a pack of 49 and Market rub-ons. They went on like butter!

I guess I am the lone dissenter. Lol Not my cup of tea. But I am not into the watercolor, distressed, paint look.
If I want something like that, I just use my misting sprays to splatter and that allows me to control the colors and look.

See the entire collection, including papers by the sheet, 6x8 paper packs, rubons, washi, fabric tape, mini index clips, & various ephemera packs, now available at ACOT & SB.com I guess I am the lone dissenter. Lol Not my cup of tea. But I am not into the watercolor, distressed, paint look... Agreed. While I appreciate the beautiful colors, including the pinks, I dislike pre-made/faux mixed media papers.

Agreed. While I appreciate the beautiful colors, including the pinks, I dislike pre-made/faux mixed media papers. And I see these papers as having all the beauty with none of the mess Sometimes I like to play with wet media. But sometimes I just want to scrapbook, and these colour blends just feel like they will work for me. I like that the ephemera is sorted into colour groups, too. I am much more likely to reach for blue/green than for pink.

My LSS got finally got this line in and it does not disappoint in person. It is beautiful. The embellishments were pricey, but there was a lot in each pack. I went in with a friend and we shared a lot of the embellishments so we could have a bit of everything. I can't wait to play with it!

I got mine today too. Had to stop working so I could open the box and admire everything. It is absolutely beautiful!
I got the postage stamp washi and a pack of ephemera, along with paper. Haven’t opened the washi, but everything else is very nice quality.

I was talking to a friend this week who bought several pieces of this, and she said the laser cut embellishments are amazing and highly recommends them, if anyone needs any enabling They hadn't really been on my radar but I will likely add them to my order when I get around to buying this collection.

I couldn't wait, so I canceled my pre-order from ACOT and bought what I wanted from a scrapbook store that isn't so "local." I love it! Although I do mixed media myself, I see those papers/embellishments as springboards for creativity. Instead of spending time creating backgrounds (which I love and did last night for some cards), I can spend more time making embellishments and/or adding to the design. If you watch Vicki Papaioannou's videos, she does that a lot. I could watch her videos all day! The owner of 49 and Market is going to be at that store on NSD, and I might pop in to say hi. Not a fangirl; just saying. The store is Scrap-a-Latte, and it's located in West Babylon, NY - Long Island.

My order arrived Saturday - This collection is ABSOUTELY GORGEOUS!
I bought all 3 paper packs, the laser cut elements in both colors, the ephemera bits in both colors, the tag set and the chipboard words.
Now I need to find photos to do it justice!

I scrapped with it last night for a PL page! Die cuts and paper are a nice heavy weight and the colors were perfect. I’m definitely not a mixed media girl and most of their design team examples are heavy on product use, but I love what I was able to do with this line.

Sorry, I didn't even think to include her name, I just assumed you'd probably know! I also love Katie's stuff, she's long been one of my favourite digi designers, I think I own more of her stuff than any other designer, and when I was regularly digi scrapping I'd almost always end up using something from her. I love that you already have one of the papers from this, fingers crossed she will release the rest of the collection as well. I am SO EXCITED! I have been checking Katie Pertiet's digital shop every day since I saw this thread (well, I have it permanently open on my MacBook anyway). And today, finally, it's available as a digital bundle - WOOHOO! It's going to cost me way more than I've ever spent on one bundle, even on sale, but it's worth it.
