I know nothing about flowers and when I reverse image this it came up as a hyacinth. Is that what the pinky-purple cluster on the right is? Not a great picture as I screenshot it from a YouTube video. Thanks!

Defiantly a double bloom stock flower by looking at the in opened buds. A hyacinth has a different petal cluster. ( I grow cut flowers as a hobby) They smell Devine and last a long time in a vase. Stocks can be single or double bloom.

I think it looks more like a variety of stock. Hyacinths mainly have a very rounded shape, whereas the more elongated shape is shown in the photo. Stock
(Looks like lots of people were posting while I typed my reply. There seems to be a consensus for stock rather than hyacinth.)

I was thinking snapdragon but could be stock. They look very similar.
