Once on a Saturday, BEFORE Covid, they were not open yet 30 mins after their open time. There was a lady there that said the same thing happened the Saturday before. That is pretty crappy mgmt.

I went to one recently and they appear to be holding out some space for crafts to come back--very tidy and organized to maximize what they did have. It WAS better than the last time I was in there, with a few Simple Stories kits, WRMK items, etc. At least I can see this one store really believes crafts drives people in to look at TM (and it's so true)!I hope this is true for all of the stores. I wondered if they would notice a decline in sales that would make a difference.

I can’t be the only one who went solely for their craft section, but once I was in the door, I often bought additional (non-craft) items. I checked TM every week, and rarely left empty handed. I spent far more than I should have at TM. I almost never go there now.

I knew most of the employees and then poof! It was all gone. I wonder if the stores chalked it up to Covid sales, but now that people are back to shopping, they have to have noticed.

I popped in to Tuesday Morning to get a few work related things, and was shocked that they had a few Echo Park collection packs.
I can't remember the names of them all, but there was a baby boy one, a home themed one, a girl one, a teen boy one, and a beach themed one (the one with the pineapple paper). That was all they had for paper.
ETA: the pricing was $6.99/collection pack.

Well, that was (nearly) total bust. mikklynn , I went to the Roseville one. They had a couple Simple Stories card making kits, and a bunch of markers, and a pair of cutterbee scissors. Sad!!! I did buy a fridge bin to put some of my inks into, thanks for the tip FurryP . But that is all. I have the chance to run into a Tuesday Morning later this week, as I will be next to one for an appointment. I am going to check it out but thought I would ask to see if anyone had been in one lately, and seen if they were doing any better or were still the same, basically nothing there. I haven't been in one for probably almost a year at least. I have been thinking of running into the one in Plymouth for some pantry storage. It's a good thing for me right now that there is not much to tempt me!

I have been glad too that TM has been a bust for scrappy supplies. Yesterday I did purchase two collection packs, the summer one and the teen boy one.
I have the paper pad of the summer collection and love it and use it often, and have a layout in progress with that collection right now. The paper pad is mostly B sides, and I didn't have the sticker pack or some of the A sides. Now I do! I actually contemplated buying BOTH of the collection packs. Hope I don't regret only bringing one home. Hmm.....

the last time i made a major purchase of SB stuff from TM was about 3 years ago when they had a ton of My Mind's Eye paper pad collections. i think i bought about 5 or 6 different pads. after that, their selection dried up.

My craft budget has just been growing. I need to pop in and see if there is anything I really need. Haven't been for a while now.

I haven’t been there in ages. I have a store credit from over a year ago (or more) for some paper punches that didn’t work. I had the receipt, but I think because they were in the midst of closing a bunch of stores they wouldn’t give me cash back. Thankfully, this closest store has remained open, but the paper crafting was down to about 8-10 ft.
My DD wants some flannel pillowcases, so I’ll use that as an excuse to see if anything thing has changed with the crafting section. I feel like I need use the credit before it’s too late.

I stopped by for the first time in MONTHS. There were a lot of storage items - the 12x12 plastic cases, sets of the 4x6 plastic photo holders (both the set of 6 and the case with 12). Craft markers, colored pencils, pen sets, paints, canvas sets and a couple dies. But only a few EP kits and no embellishments I left with nothing - so my pocketbook was happy! (and for the record, I do not NEED any supplies right now LOL)
