who's ever been to the grocery store?
Sometimes, I'm sitting at home and realize that I just don't have any food anywhere I normally keep it. I get unsure of what to do, and then I end up at the grocery store. Does this ever happen to anyone else?

Of course you are. I only go to the organic farmer's market and I ride my bike there to cut down on my carbon footprint. I also grow my own food.

Hmmm more so that whilst I'm at work I can't think what food we have so I have to call in at the store on the way back home so I know what I am going to cook when I get home.
ETA though obviously as I am calling in whilst on my way home I'm not making a special journey. My carbon footprint is dire given I have a 40 mile commute each way each day.

I have 3 years worth of food stockpiled in my basement. I bought it all with coupons.

gracieplusthree I’m curious why you bumped this nine year old thread, then deleted what you posted? I thought the thread was slightly odd. Then looked at the date, then I decided that this thread, whatever reason it came about I don’t remember, did not exactly age well. I mean all of the advances in ordering food both groceries & prepared food since 2014 it’s a whole different story now. |
