Yes & let me tell ya a story!
I was scrapping a photo heavy page. Cut down a 12x12 to 8.5x11 for the background.
Or so I thought I did.
Nope.
Left it 8.5x12"
Didn't realize until DAYS later when I went to put it into a page protector.
Had to cut off the bottom inch, which thankfully didn't ruin the whole thing!π

I donβt, just because I know I would make bad decisions. Even when Iβm tired late at a crop, I start over cropping pictures and sticker sneezing.

Do you want to know how many times I've messed up things with my guillotine trimmer when scrapboozing? Not having a desk means I scrap in the living room. I have messed up skin (my own), linen/cotton cushion covers (for some reason, I pull a cushion on my lap when trimming cards/paper for mini albums when I'm sitting on the floor by the coffee table - especially if the coffee table is taken over by a variety of scrap stuff and photos) - at least 3, papers and photos (ah, another case of not-cut-straight-while-tipsy-nitis). Don't get me started on getting a little less careful with ink pads. Open StazOn pad dropping right on my PJs? Sure. More than once, twice, multiple times. 'Tis not pretty. Then there's the whining and honey-please-but-be-careful pleading. Like lifting a photo I stuck down crooked because, you know, again, that delicious wine (or cocktail or scotch). "But don't pull too quick or it'll go wrinkly permanently! Nooo, you have to help me. I can't do this right now. CLEARLY!" As if my SO hasn't been sharing the bottle with me. Seriously, I don't know what I'm thinking but boozed up me is either super chill or super whiny. There's no in-between. Apparently, I once started petting his feet to try and convince him to help lift a crooked piece of paper.

I often scrap with a glass of wine or a homemade cocktail. It helps get the creative juices flowing!

At crops, Iβve been known to enjoy a libation or 4 while scrapping. **touch wood** there have been no injuries or wrecked pages.

Nothing better than scrapping about beer while drinking a beer. I havenβt had any disasters yet. I used to crop with a friend at my house once a year and we would make cosmos. The thing is we would take forever to drink them. Or we would drink a bottle of champagne over 6 hours. Our scrapbooking gets in the way of our drinking. π€£

Do you want to know how many times I've messed up things with my guillotine trimmer when scrapboozing? I believe scrapboozing will be my new favorite term of the year. When I get together with my friends at crops (which hasn't happened in over 2 years now but hopefully will begin again soon) we would definitely throw back a few. Since I mostly scrapbook in the mornings when my daughter is at school, I don't imbibe because drinking alone is no fun for me.

I'll have a glass of wine or cocktail while crafting in the evenings at home or at a retreat. But, once I get more than 1, I'm no good for scrapping or cardmaking. I'll watch crafty videos or chat with friends instead.

Once at a three day crop we went to a Mexican place for lunch. I had a margarita. I didnβt realize it was going to be huge and strong. By 3pm I was ready for bed. Never did it again. Iβm not much of a drinker and definitely donβt day drink for that reason.

Aside from the rare beer or cider, I'm another who doesn't drink alone so scrapboozing hasn't been tried by me...but it sounds like fun if I had friends to try it with!

I know myself well enough to know that drinking and scrapping don't go together. I'm too clumsy. I'd just destroy supplies. For me what goes with drinking is sitting outside under the tree, watching football, eating appetizers, and playing cards. So just a lot of sitting. No scissors. Just sitting.

Our Soul Wknds always have booze included. I'm way more creative fter a few beverages. It helps I'm a 10 min walk to my friends place so I don't have to drive.

Do you want to know how many times I've messed up things with my guillotine trimmer when scrapboozing? Scrapboozing??!! Hysterical! I love that and will be using it from now on. I go to all kinds of retreats with many of the same gals attending. The ladies really let loose and have a great time. Itβs just fun being among fellow scrappers especially after the last two years. No hubbyβs/partners around so you can let your hair down. My friend and I had a few old fashionedβs at the bar in the hotel at a retreat. Next thing you know, we are booking a cruise. Crazy funny explaining that to the hubby the next day. She and I will have fun on the cruise, thoughπ€£

Not unless copious amounts of caffeine count. βοΈ Hahaha same!! Although that's how I killed my MacBook (that I use to do all of my scrapping). I spilt a whole cup of coffee on it, killed that mf dead. It cost me $800 to get it fixed. I don't drink, so no scrapboozing here. It sounds like fun though!

I have never been under the influence of any drink, ever. Except diet soda. I'm guilty of that.

Yes, usually on Saturday evening. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it hinders lol. ETA: Totally going to be using the term scrapboozing now!

I've thought of using that as an excuse for some of my crappy pages, but the answer is no. I can see hurting myself with scissors.

I'm not a drinker so I have no such excuse for any silly things I do on my pages. Since I mostly scrapbook in the mornings when my daughter is at school, I don't imbibe because drinking alone is no fun for me. I like how the time of day apparently doesn't play into your decision not to drink...

I dont drink alcohol nor use any substances of an under the influence nature and I prefer not to be around those who are imbibing when they usually get loud and silly.

When I go on my scrapbook retreat I have a drink in front of me pretty much the whole day. Mimosas, then maybe a mule, margarita with dinner, later a Kahlua and coffee when I start to fade. I'm terrible about that but I drink really slowly so I never get drunk- just buzzed. It sounds like a lot but I scrap for about 16 hours straight so I spread it out.
I don't usually drink when I'm scrapping at home, though.

At one crop I used to attend, they set up a cash bar in the evenings. Because of the fabulous variety of snacks and candies provided all day long, I never bought any drinks.
I'd rather save my calories for M&M's.

Here's my story: Years ago when attending the most fun three-day-weekend slumber party/crop that I've ever been to, we enjoyed a bit too much wine... I was scrapping some beach pictures of my young daughters in matching orange swim suits. For some reason, I thought scads and scads of matching orange "waves" would be just the thing for this two page layout. We got quite a kick out of it the next morning, you could hardly see the pictures amongst all those orange waves! I'm a rare drinker so I've kept those layouts as they were... they make me laugh years later to see them. My daughters are now adults and know the story. If I happen to mention that I'm heading out to my scrapbooking group or to a crop, they both say "No orange waves, Mom!". Probably not as funny to anyone else but we think we are hilarious!
