A little early, but with my memory, better to do it now than forget it later LOL. This sketch was taken from The ScrapRoom Blog
I liked it because it was simple, and since I hadn't scrapped in awhile, I needed a simple place to start. My page below was actually the first one I put together this Quarter. Also the first page in my Summer 2022 album.
I decided to try out my own Q-3 challenge: the Power of ONE. So it has one photo, one sheet of cs (the title was cut from the place behind the photo), one sheet of pp (both sides), one colour ink/pen, one scrap, and one PL card.
Looking forward to what the Peas do with this sketch. You can make it as layered and intricate as you like, or just slide into Q3 like I did, keeping it nice and simple. Either way, i hope you have fun and I hope you share what you create!

Great sketch grammadee! As you said about my sketch, you can dress it up or down as much as you want. Off to leave love in the gallery. And as always, thanks for posting early. It's just after 10am Saturday here, and now I have something to do!

love this sketch - I can see me using it over and over - perfect for 2 photos or 1 and I think either orientation would work also. And an easy adaptation to the smaller pages. Love the birght summery colours and that cute kitty grammadee

I'm loving these sketches! I am trying to get back into scrapping after not doing much for the last several years. But I'm floundering on figuring out page designs. These sketches are really helping give me a starting point so I can at least do one page per weekend. Everyone's take on this is great, they're all so pretty and unique. I especially liked the addition of having a torn edge. I haven't torn an edge in probably 10 years, so that was fun for a change.

This is such a great sketch grammadee . Thanks for posting it. You have love in the gallery. AussieMeg and Chinagirl828 , you have love in the gallery. chaosisapony, your page is so striking. I love your title especially after reading the journaling. The red strip really brings out the auburn color of that horse. Cute cluster at the top. Linda , I love the photo of Dusty and the soft colors you have used to make his stand out. I love what you did with this sketch and kept it up on my computer as I worked on mine. Beautiful page. Trick or Treat

I especially liked the addition of having a torn edge. I haven't torn an edge in probably 10 years, so that was fun for a change. Torn edges are back, baby!! There were lots of torn edges in Shimelle's Scrap a Rainbow classes that I did recently.

Very much enjoying everyone's personal take on the sketch! For this page I originally had the cat on the right and the stamped card on the left, but it didn't look right, so I had to cut it and place it again. Oh and I only had to try three times for the stamped image to look OK. The title style was inspired by the greeting on pinklady 's Father's Day card.

scrappyrabbit, I really love that sneaker paper. You have comments in the gallery. jjpeapea, what adorable background paper. I love the colors and the use of the orange and blue in your solids. Cute font on Kitty! I think the photo of the left works perfectly. Great stamping job. That's always where I mess up!
